I have ate BBQ from Memphis Tennessee to all over Texas. I’ve never had bbq come out of a restaurant that comes close to this bbq, ribs were perfectly cooked, not overcooked where they fall off the bone but you get what you Bite perfectly like it was tournament bbq… now let’s get to the Brisket…. Smoke ring was perfect, bark was also perfect, texture also perfect and taste was slap your momma good. Hands down one of the top 2 briskets I’ve ever ate in my life, again I’ve tried every bbq joint I come across when it’s lunch time and none compare… now let’s get to This smoked Macaroni… if you don’t order a double side of that you’re missing out yet again never ate any that compares to that either. Then you have the beans… idk what all was in then but let’s just say I hurt my self eating this plate and needed a nap after lunch…. I’m gonna have to go get some more brisket and try the chicken but the chick is something I’ve seen him won competitions with also so I guess I’m gonna have to give it a try. Absolutely amazing food. Better than any other bbq joint you will find
Ordered the 12 blacken shrimp with fries meal, crawfish fried rice and chicken lomien. Food was way better than the 4.5 star seafood restaurant we had the day before in Galveston. The shrimp was cooked perfect, I even ate the shrimp tails because I had a great crunch and was so flavorful. The lo mien had a smokey flavor that only comes from cooking on a high temp wok. My family of 4 had Roll N Grace for lunch and was planning to eat them again for dinner but they closed when we decided to get dinner. Instead we had to eat the over priced bland food at Lagoonfest. We were all talking about our great lunch as we ate our dinner.

We tried this at Lago Mar as it was convenient. The staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating. The food was really a great surprise. The gumbo roll was my favorite! Well, besides the fries! We also had a lo menu bowl and a few rice bowls that were all really good as well. Nothing disappointed! They were perfect and we actually went back several hours later for more food it was so good! (And yes, there were other options available.) The staff were gracious and kind and it was quite a refreshing experience overall! Worth giving them a try if you ever have the opportunity!
I just had a brief experience with Roll N Grace food truck and let me tell you there was nothing graceful about it. Not only were they out of all menu options, they were parked at Lago Mar water park and me and the children were thirsty. I was told to just grab the items out of the cooler out front and the things I ordered were gone. I mentioned these items were missing and was told by the cashier that he would look. He continued ringing up customers and I proceeded to wait for 15 minutes. Obviously, after waiting for 15 minutes for bottled water, I asked the attendee for assistance and as she’s taking a drink from a cold bottle of water tells me they were out. So I requested my money back and then she proceeded to tell me to “calm down” in a very rude and unprofessional way. When I got defensive, her son, a grown man, then started antagonizing me. I felt very threatened as I’m a single mom, trying to enjoy the day at the water park with my kid. I don’t recommend them at all. It’s a shame, because I’m sure their food is delicious but the people were awful. I wish I could leave 0 stars.I hope God has more “grace” for them than they had for me.
This Chef is amazing and the staff so delightful and patient for those who cant decide what to pick from such a unique menu! You literally want 1 of everything!! The Food is fresh, hot, and full of flavor!! Make sure you order the gumbo eggrolls .. 1 order to eat and another to take home !!!
If I could give them a 0 I would. My family and I went to Lagoon Fest. First off they weren't open on time they let us stand out in front watching us and didn't say anything. Then put a sign up the not going to open till 12. We come back at 12 then they don't say anything and say we not opening until 1. But the sign says 12pm. Then the man had the nerve to get an attitude and sat I ain't got no food to give you. For 1 English please. For 2 yout Grammer. For 3 how you get mad at your customer for the sign you put up. Then how are you not ready when the facility open. This is why black establishments gets bad raps and doesn't last. Once you get in this industry leave the unprofessionalism behind and act like you want your business to be successful. They didn't get my money. Every black person know you don't give your money to people when they treat you a certain way like this. Unprofessional, sad and disgraceful...
The food was delicious!!!!! 10/10

Friendly and fast service. The food is also very good and consitent. Give them a try!
The food is truly amazing. I think this is a must try for everyone.
Ox Tails and Egg Rolls were delicious ?
Amazing food by Chef Loni at the Blodgett Food Hall! I ordered two of her stuffed and fried rolls and they were both amazing, especially that seafood! So good and rich but not too salty. The portions are pretty big and the price is fair for what she’s serving up!
