Paratha was fried in desi ghee and smelled awful. I ordered zinger bowl and apparently they put chicken tenders in it instead of zinger chicken. The chicken quesdilla tasted like boiled chicken with cheese in tortilla. Chicken tender didn't taste right. It was an awful experience. Never going back!

I went there since that was only other Halal joint in the food court, that looked interesting. The order took 20 mins and the guy was talking on the phone the entire time he was making our food, but that's not even the problem.
I ordered the zinger phattie which was clearly store bought paratha and chicken tenders with really salty sauce. The fries were clearly store bought too but the best part of that meal.
Waste of money, go somewhere else, there are plenty of other Halal options not far from there.

The person asking me "would i like a pakola with that" was the best thing. Also food is quite good.

Its inside the mall food court thats why google keeps bringing you to the lot.
No signs on mall exterior. Look Nice ambience. No flavor in beef roll. Serving size is small. Not enough to fill tummy in 15 usd per meal.lot of potential to jnprove and will come again.....

The gentleman yelled at me and my daughter. Because he THOUGHT in his words “ were might touch or take display plate”… REALLY??? We are in Downtown Houston for lunch, and we would take a display plate!!! I asked for an apology for yelling. He laughed and said he would call the owner. I hope the owner sees this review. As the message on Instagram has not been responded to. And the post has been deleted. Your employee was rude to two women who frequent THE POST DOWNTOWN HOUSTON often….. I will not be eating there and will share my experience about how I feel with others as the management /owner doesn’t not RESPOND AND DELETES POST OF PEOPLE LOOKING TO PATRONIZE RESTAURANTS AT POST HOUSTON!!!!

This place has an automatic ordering machine that doesn't work. Staff ignore you until you demand service. Then they come and can't transfer your order from the automatic machine to their register. The attitude of the person who served us was terrible. He was rude and had no patience to figure out how to help us. We ordered food and 20 mins later we had to go stand in front of them to demand that they make our food. Food itself is not great. I ordered a chicken Tikka but it tasted nothing like it. The samosas are hard and dry. I don't think they make them fresh at all. The only reason we went there, among other eateries in the food hall, was because the cuisine is supposed to be Indian fusion. Very disappointing experience. They need to hire friendly staff, improve service otherwise we don't recommend anyone to go there.

Just beyond horrendous. Waited to try it a second time just to make sure I wasn’t jumping to conclusions as everyone had a bad day. Nope still horrible. How do you consistently undercook something as simple as fries? And how do masala fries completely lack flavor? This while charging 3.50 for a can of coke. I get high prices for quality but when things are this bad you really need another line of business.

Absolutely fantastic. I got the zinger with samosas and every bit of it was amazing. If it wasn’t so filling, I would’ve gone back for seconds

Food is amazing but customer service and speed of our order was off. My friend and I came on a Sunday and only one employee was running the entire kitchen. 6 orders were made in the time we ordered and our food was super slow coming out. I’m vegan and specifically took off the garlic mayo when ordering on their kiosk, however I still saw mayo in my chickpea curry and rice bowl. I had to complain and it took another 6 mins for my food to come out after waiting 25 mins the first time around.

They don’t believe in answering the phone? I called to cancel an order I accidentally placed at this location and at one point they let it ring and would hang up. Really disappointing cause their food looks good.

Horrible customer service. Kept calling and getting my calls hanged up purposely over 7 times.
