Wish we could give this place less than 1 star. Pizza is old and cold and burnt, ingredients tastes stall and they have possibly the worst guy behind the counter. If you like to argue and being attacked and patronized while eating garbage, this is definitely the right place for you! Otherwise, stay away.

Rude employees, burnt pizza and over priced. Would rather each the crust from a dumpster behind domino's than go back. Given how combative their guy behind the counter is, shouldn't be long until they close. Maybe consider hiring better staff so they make pies that aren't black and covered with flies. Avoid at all costs!

I literally saw the lady on the back put a fan on my wings in order to cool them off. BACKSTORY: I went in and ordered a slice of pepperoni, wings and fries. I sat in the bar area to wait. The cashier then brought my pizza to me, I informed her that the pizza would be cold by the time the wings got done. She said well I can re-warm it up for you. I was like, ok. After waiting for about 10 min, I looked up and the worker who made my pizza and the lady on the back who was making my wings were looking at me while giggling. I immediately got suspicious. I look away, then look back, and see her with a handheld automatic fan. She points the fan down at my wings while laughing with her co-worker. This was their way of getting back at me for wanting hot food. I've been living downtown for several years and never got this kind of treatment from Franks Pizza. I knew I should've just gone there like I always do. If you're reading this GO TO FRANKS PIZZA!!!

Went by for a late night pizza. They offer pizza by the slice and warm it up in the oven to serve hot. Good spot downtown for a quick bite.Kid-friendliness: Open area great for kids so you can order a slice or whole pizza for the family.
Being in the center of Houston, the best pizzeria in the area, passing by, excellent place to satisfy your hunger and craving with a good slice of delicious pizza, my son loves to go to this place when we are in that area, excellent huvicasion in the heart of downtown Houston, very good service.

Real good pizza. Moved to TX from NY 3 years ago and visited Houston recently with a group of my college friends. This place was legit NY pizza and the guy serving was just a great vibe.
Cashier was very rude didn’t listen to instructions and wanted to double charge me for a soda then got mad when I told him he already charged me. If you don’t like a customer service type of job then quit and do something else.

Well u get great pizza served right away. Like childhood pizza. Got a taste, look, smell u just can't turn away from even if it's a $4 slice. At least they r consistent. Not the most upedy set of ppl but Sometimes I don't like the same routine or they just don't like ppl. I get it I wouldn't like me either!! Stay up yall r good in my little small tiny out of date book I carry around with me..not really bit yes thank yall for your time and effort for us to enjoy ur family's traditions!!
