The place is nice, it has a good atmosphere. The service is very good, the waiters are friendly and attentive but the food is average at least the pozole very simple and tasteless and the chimichanga average. Disappointing.

Finding the best enchiladas in Houston was something I was willing to do. I found Romero’s Las Brazas Longenbaugh location. Enchiladas gravy is top notch. Every dish is so authentic and you will not be disappointed. And my favorite - margaritas. The bartenders are the absolute best. Alex is the man. Javier won’t disappoint.
Mari, the best hostess, will honor your request and give you the best spot. This establishment started with generations the recipes continue to this day. Do yourself a favor and have a visit.

From our first visit 6 years ago we felt very comfortable with the staff and service at Romeros. We always look forward to seeing everyone here from the staff to the regular customers we have also become very good friends with. We look forward to our weekly dinner at Romeros.
From the great bartenders Javier and Alex to the host Mari, they always treat everyone like family.

The food is just ok. Nothing worth writing home about. The queso is just yellow cheese with no tomatoes or chilis or anything. For the price, there are other places with better flavor.

There was a short 10-minute wait on a Friday night at 6:30 pm for a party of 5. The staff was nice and energetic, and the birthday songs are pure entertainment! (We got to witness several) Although I did not partake, the bar seemed to be hopping. Food orders were delivered quickly, and our drinks never went empty. I had the Queso Birrias tacos that were on special, and they were AMAZING! Afterward, we finished off with some dessert, which was the only low light of the experience. We ordered the tres leches and sopaipillas. The Tres leches cake was dense but had good flavor. The sopaipillas were not the best I've ever had. They were not super fluffy or sweet. The tres leches cake was still fully eaten, but a few sopaipillas were left over. Overall, it was a great experience and good food. This is a would recommend for a fun Friday night meal with friends.
Parking: Parking spaces are narrow and can be challenging to fit full-size trucks. Parking belongs to the strip-center and no way reflective of Romeros.
