We got the half pork Bahn mi, and incredibly delicious and crunchy fries, and the box meal with rice and ribeye. It was quick and delicious. Also got the Vietnamese iced coffee.

I used to love coming here, but they are getting stingy on their servings, even when you request extra meat. This place is on a slowly, but surely downward spiral. Customer service is abhorrent. I waited patiently as I saw they were busy, but when I checked my food, it was wrong. The Pork Box clearly had the extra meat, while the Eggroll Box didn't. The noodles were lukewarm, and the meat was cold. The quality and quantity has significantly changed. Plus, they charge you for everything now. I requested extra peanuts and fish sauce, and I was willing to pay. I informed them that it's not possible to put notes or request those particular extras in the UberEats App anymore. Clearly, you need to work on your restaurant IT settings with UberEats. "I don't know" & "pushing that's it's indeed on there", when clearly there is a reason why I'm asking is ridiculous. I work in the customer service industry, and your establishment is shameful. Hopefully, you can train your team before they take out your business. Common sense and basic humanity go a long way.

Got the crispy tofu banh mi with garlic butter and felt the tofu lacked some flavor. The jalapeños were really thick too and had to remove them from the sandwich and add siracha for the heat. I’ve also had the chicken thigh sandwich before and it was very flavorless so don’t recommend that. Solid place, otherwise.

This place has been a neighborhood favorite since they opened for a quick bite. The food is usually generously proportioned and cooked to perfection. A recent visit for the usual chopped ribeye lettuce wrap had very little meat (not the usual). The salmon banh mi has become a quick favorite since added to the menu, and this was the first time to bite into the skin. Having to disassemble the sandwich to remove the skin was a first. The service is always great, and the atmosphere is pretty calm. On this visit, the music kept changing mid-song as if someone was playing music from their phone and couldn't decide what to listen to. Minor detail to some but us music lovers don't want to hear you shuffle through a music playlist over the entire restaurant. This was the first time I've been a little disappointed in my neighborhood favorite spot.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and kid friendly seating

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. The restaurant has wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and seating indoor and outdoors.

I would not recommend.

It was a favorite but its not the same anymore. The banh mi didn't have a much meat and the Vietnamese butter (aiola) wasn't what it used to be. The ABC barely had any abc noodles/meat.

The thing that won't have us coming back is the way they dismiss our ask to recook the kid's meal so the beef isn't rare but was told that's just the way it's cooked.

Hopefully the locations haven't changed.

Good food and good service. The only thing I'm not in love with is the inside dining area.
But the outdoor patio is nice to sit and enjoy your meal.

The Box with rice noodles and grilled pork was standard. Kind of bland flavor. The four stars is for the banh mi beef sandwich for its delicious creamy layer. Half unsweetened tea and passion tea is delicious.

Ordered a pork sandwich, egg rolls and chicken bun. Received two sandwiches instead. Ordered at the counter and had to go back to the counter to pick up the food. Afterward you are expected to bus your own table. At no time did we receive any service, but they ask for a tip when you order. The seats are very uncomfortable. The food was OK, but I've had much better Vietnamese food elsewhere. Next time we'll get Mexican food as we had originally intended.

My boyfriend and I have been there a few times and they’ve all been great experiences. The employees are always nice. Highly recommend the garlic fries and anything with the chopped ribeye.

The food was okay, pricy. Service was good but he kept coming over to us asking if we were okay. I would rather not be bothered once I place and get my order. Atmosphere was great , very hip and clean.

It was DELICIOUS! perfect portions, nicely priced, super flavorful. The staff have a light and fun atmosphere. Highlight: the dipping sauces for the pita crisps. Also, there was a little video of the staff breakdancing on one of the monitor feeds, which I thought was cute.
