My friends and I had a great time at Rosalie for my friend’s bachelorette dinner. Tannis was very attentive with our big group, knowledgeable about the menu, and always had an answer to our questions. The arancini appetizer was one of the best I’ve ever had!

My friend and I had a very special experience at Rosalie! Our server Jack brought us a complimentary order of their aranchini special to start and we moved on to a Cesar salad. Salad was nice and crisp and cold which I always enjoy! The pizza was fantastic as well! For dessert he brought us a key lime tart. The restaurant is beautiful, we will be returning!

Came to the C. Baldwin for a staycation. Stayed. Ate. Drank. Had cocktails at the bar and dined at Rosalie. We ordered light bites, truffle fries and spinach artichoke dip. Ordered a Proud Mary cocktail, a tequila drink with a twist. Our server, Tannis, was great! He was very knowledgeable and gave a great story of the hotel. As a very quick and witty server I’d come back and visit simply for his service.By far one of my favorite places for a quick in the city getaway.

We had a great experience at Rosalie. We were staying at the hotel and decided to do dinner at Rosalie for a convenient dinner at the onsite restaurant. The atmosphere is very chill and the decor is fantastic. We split some starters and pizzas and the wood fired pizza was fantastic! We were pre warned that due to some staffing issues the pizzas could take a while but they really didn’t take long at all. The espresso martinis were also great. Our server, Tannis, was fantastic - attentive, quick, and really made our experience a full five stars. We’d all highly recommend Rosalie and Tannis!

? This is a well-decorated spot to meet business contacts.? It's a bit far from the majority Downtown, relative to places accessible by the Downtown Tunnels. However, the location may be convenient to people working in the surrounding buildings.? The Margherita pizza tasted awful. I enjoy a good Margherita, but this one tasted like vomit (or the taste in your mouth after you vomit).? The Truffle Fries were tasty.? Service was overall good.

The food was badly overcooked and when pointed out to the wait staff they offered nothing to correct the issue. There was no one at the host stand to seat us, and when we found someone it took a long time to be able to place drink orders and food orders as well.
Rosalie has changed management, and the lunch menu is pared down to a smaller list. There was 5 people in our group. We booked reservations and was promptly seated upon our arrival. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, which were delivered to our table in a timely manner. The server was polite and professional. The appetizers were okay, not great. Three of us ordered salads and they were just okay. One person said their salad needed dressing. I and another person ordered the spinach manicotti. It was a little spicy and had too much sauce. The ends were dried out. Both of us had some digestive problems that afternoon. We do not feel this is a 5-star restaurant. A co-worker mentioned they recently ate at Rosalies and had a pizza, and the pizza was pretty good. I don't plan to go back. There are better restaurants in the area.

Waiter forgot multiple things, waiter was very slow, took 30 mins just to get water, we had the valentines menu food was not great ... seating is very close to other people almost elbow to elbow 2 out of 10 experience probably won't be back
- disheveled host and manager - understaffed (took 30 minutes for drinks and 90 minutes for entrees) - appetizer soggy/stale and steak entree served cold - rickety tables and chairs - very expensive for the quality - would not dine here again

I went to have dinner for Valentines.The inside of the restaurant is very small and uncomfortable. The room is probably the size of medium sized bedroom. Although it is very beautiful, the food is some of the worst food I've eaten. The food is barely warm and taste is bland. We spent 200 plus tip and I felt robbed. They took forever with the food after we finished with our appetizer. We had been there for 2 hours and we barely got our entrees. Ending up leaving before they served dessert because the ravioli was so bad and tasted soggy and bland. Save your money and eat somewhere else.
When making a reservation through opentable on Valentine's Day, they did not state that there was only a special menu. They informed us of this after the reservation, we went and paid $200, bread and drinks were not included. It was outrageously expensive and the food arrived very late. I won't go again
