Horrible customer service and very unorganized. We arrived at 11 and were told to stand in a long line which was the “vip/ppl with section” line. Once we got inside 45 minutes later he showed us to our section which was super small and we had 10 ppl. The club is hella small and the vibes weren’t good.

Never got to experience the place. The promotion team (Lady Good Fellas with iamyopusha on Instagram) that bought it with is downright UNPROFESSIONAL & very DISORGANIZED ! I booked my section with them on aug. 19th for my birthday (labor day weekend). I booked a 2 bottle minimum section, sent my money, got a okay and that was that. THE WEEK OF... they text me that i will be first to get bumped if i dont upgrade to a 4 bottle minimum section because its "labor day weekend" which would have been fine if thier bottles didn't start at $400. But the fact that they waited alllll the way until the week of my birthday to ask me to upgrade. I simply didn't want to commit to buying 4 bottles that you cant even keep so i asked for a refund. They then told me that i would not be able to get my money back so I contacted the ceo...the dude i said up there^^. He then tells me im good, ill get my table. I am not a fan of uncertainty so I simply asked him to confirm i wont get bumped from the list and that im only required to purchase 2 bottles. By the time i said that...i stopped getting replied to. I had to get a bit disrespectful for him to answer and finally send my money back. They told me this information Tuesday sep. 2 and i just got the money back that Thursday after SEVERAL nonresponses. NEVER A F**KING AGAIN!

Not my cup of tea but we still had a good time. The name sounds like it’s upscale but it’s not in the least bit. Everybody mentions this spot so I thought I’d slide by with my girls. My first time there and certainly my last. It was my homegirl birthday so I had to turn up one time for the birthday girl! It’s a little too rowdy, guys there are not gentlemen, not watching where they are going and don’t care about bumping into women wearing dresses and heels. There is no dress code… that usually lets you know all you need to know… The Dj was cool. Drinks are watered down rather you tip or not.

First time here for a birthday party. My friend paid for two sections. They didn't have record of either. Made us keep switching sections saying we didn't have one. Finally let us stay in one, didn't get a refund for the second. Never coming again.

I thoroughly enjoy myself when I visit Rose Gold. Celebrated my birthday there in 2018. Ever since then, I've visited. Tonight Traea Da Truth was there and he was nice and spoke to everyone. There are always bottles popping. Tonight there was also free Tequila, even though I don't drink. Nice place to visit to dance and drink, if that's what you like.
