I go here to sample different spirits. On tequila now, and am amazed at their huge amount of choices. Oh my. Even bottom shelf tequilas are excellent. And the tenders offer good suggestions. Top quality here relatively to other clear lake venues.

And the half pour is excellent option to try different distilleries.

Finished with a Suerte extra añejo. OMG! You have to try. Excellent.

Absolutely fantastic place to bring someone. Price is right if not cheaper than the competition. Seriously enjoyed everything I had including the quick service, delicious drinks and food. They have an amazing selection of spirits and are open to making anything. Very knowledgeable about their menus. I throughly enjoyed reading about their specials also and am intrigued to come back.

The cocktails are fantastic, and the staff is exceptional! Everyone is incredibly kind, but I especially want to shout out Bre— she’s always so warm and welcoming, and her food and drink recommendations are spot on every time.

We've been here a few times. A little off our usual sort of place, but it's growing on me. The place is aimed at the mid-20s to mid 40s crowd, but I've never felt out of place, even though I'm a lot older than their target audience. I've already picked up a regular dish, the chili fries are pretty amazing. I'm also a beer guy, but Rosewater's Daily Frozie is pretty tasty, and completely enjoyable. I tried the place when they first opened, but it was always packed. Since then, they more than doubled the size of the indoor part, we can now get in gracefully. Date Night for us is Fridays, if you get there ~4:30ish, it's not too crowded. Anything much after that, you need reservations, Actually worth the effort. We ended up outside one visit, it's surprising noisy out there. The inside is quieter and cooler. I have a picture, but Google doesn't seem to want it.

Rosewater is one of those rare spots that just gets it right. Low key and subtle, with no unnecessary flash, just good drinks and a great atmosphere. Perfect place to unwind without all the noise. The cocktails are thoughtfully made, and the vibe is calm but still welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality experience without the usual scene.

What a amazing find , this cocktail bar is truly an experience you don't want to miss . Food is not your typical bar variety it's innovative and delicious. Make this a must go to place when you're looking for something new and creative , they have an amazing cocktail menu and their bourbon selections are freaking awesome. Don't wait go get'cha some FUN !!

Great bar with excellent mixed drinks. I've tried many of their custom mixed drinks but keep coming back to my favorite, their house Old Fashion. Prices are reasonable for Clear Lake.
