Visiting Houston from Chicago and my friends and I where hungry and Rosie’s was the first place we saw. Not to appealing from the outside but when you walk in it looks way better. I ordered a cheese and beans pupusa, a steak taco, shrimp cocktail and some chips and guacamole. They always say the little neighborhood joints be the ones that have the best food. First time here, loved it.This is Spanish speaking restaurant. I don't think they have many English only customers coming in. When you get there, sit down and they will bring a menu. It will take a while. They will figure out what you want, be patient. It will take a while for chips and salsa, but it's worth it. Your food will take a while, but, sooo good. Beautifully cooked chicken, great papusas, steaming bowls of sauce and cold picked cabbage. Everything is cooked...
