Got the taro tapioca super creamy with perfect sweetness and chewy pearls. Also tried the steak and cheese sandwich, and it was way better than expected hot, flavorful, and filling. Definitely coming back!

I always take it to go ,.sandwiches are delicious.,like this Bellaire place .. anyways .,I give a 5 starts before but this time was a Spanish young girl that tell me to sit cause my 1 sandwich will take a while ..I don’t get offended by that but for the faces she make at me together with her friend that was all the time in her cell phone talking to each other and looking at me . To received my sandwich in like 2/3 minutes later . I like t sandwiches but for me is all about respect ., that was really bad for those young girls to act like that when I just order one sandwich and I decided to stand up. I wasn’t even looking at them until she said that. Terrible . I’m sure management will know what to do .

Royal tapioca is one of the VERY FEW places that makes tapioca the RIGHT way. It should be soft, but not chewy like gum.
So many places in Houston do NOT take the time to cook it correctly and you end up with tough, chewy tapioca. Go to this Royal tapioca for the right texture! The smoothie flavors are plentiful and refreshing.
The viet sandwiches (Banh mi) are good and a very great "bang for buck" value. You can't go wrong with the combo or grilled pork sandwiches.
This place is truly a gem. Go now if you're hungry or want a refreshing drink.
This place is definitely not suitable for going with family, nor sitting down to eat there, they beg you for napkins and even the bathroom to go wash your hands, and the owners are rude to employees and customers.
