Went for lunch. Took my elderly parents and son with a brace on his neck. Sat in the back in a booth. Noticed air conditoning vent had a small leak and was dripping on booth behind us. Waitresses completely ignored it. By the time we left the vent was pouring water on my elderly dads back. It was soaked. My son got up and asked for manager or owner. They ignored us. Finally after many attempts they put a bucket down, gave us our check with no discount and said "We're Sorry" Needless to say, we will NEVER go back to this Rat Hole!!!!

The choriqueso was absolutely delicious, LOVED the salsas. Their flour tortillas are SO AMAZING! And Lucila was wonderful! Great experience!Parking: The parking lot set up is different, but we had no issues at 9pm on a Friday.

Stopped for lunch, first time here. Best chips I've had was the start of a great lunch. Fajitas la planchet. Plenty of thin sliced meat, onions grilled perfectly, homemade flour tortillas, avocado too. Fresh Pico de Gallo. Service was fast and friendly,

This Ruchi’s Location has been a favorite of mine since my teenage years and what I enjoy about it is the consistency of flavors in the food because the food is great. It seems like it has gotten better overtime. They have expanded their menu and now have an open bar. I would highly recommend this place based on that alone but to top it off the service is always great! ?Kid-friendliness: Great for family meals

First and last time I go to this restaurant,,Terrible Customer Service!!,,,My husband and I looked for a table because the waitresses were only standing looking at us from the counter and none of them said good morning, oh welcome..The waiter He served us super fast, he made a mistake in my order...literally nothing to see compared to other restaurants I've been to...the food was delicious...but definitely terrible customer service...
Loved the food. We ordered to go. We tried the Gorditas, Huaraches, and the Quesadilla. Super tasty!.Nice staff, good service. We will definitely come back next time we visit Houston.Parking: Located at a shopping center with plenty of parking.
