The food is legit, but you can clearly see that the younger generation is just faulting in receiving your order. After being asked by the host what I’d like to drink the server came over 20 mins later asking me what I’d like to drink.
Just like any other place with young talent, if you see them and can stand it stay, otherwise be prepared to be hosted by incompetence

I was one taco in when i noticed a house roach crawling on my table! I told my server what was going on and she just played it off like it was normal!!! Saying that they exterminated that’s why! There wasn’t an apology or anything! She just handed my bill and walked away! Now if i would’ve showed out and caused a scene i would’ve been wrong right?!!!

I went here on Saturday and my card had two pending charges, I spoke with the manager and he assured me the charge would be reversed well come Monday both charges cleared, every single day they have given me a run around telling me the manger isn’t there. So here I am sitting inside waiting on a manager that most likely won’t show up, this was the biggest inconvenience to have to leave work. I will never ever come back here again

Carry out. Shrimp cocktail was pretty bad for $15. Tasted like V8 vegetable juice with cold shrimp. Very very basic shrimp cocktail but price was too high for what it was. They had a live band playing at the time. That was the best part of the wait. The place was busy for dine in.

For a change, pico de gallo was already stale, it wasn't freshly made and the side had the beans too...the sour lemonade...the quality of this location doesn't pay attention to those details, the parking lot is full of potholes, I understand that it may be rented ...but for the location it leaves a lot to be desired....

Very bad, the music is very loud, you can't talk inside, it's impossible, we went out to the patio, and it felt just as loud, yet they opened the doors, horrible atmosphere, the waitress was very attentive but the place must be something with the Local atmosphere
The girl who served us was very friendly and was learning 100 for her, but the music was very loud, they still opened the doors 🚪 to the patio and the horrible music was very loud. I do not recommend this place if you want to talk to someone calmly, all the people apart from the They were cold outside because it is impossible to be inside and the music was loud outside and even if they opened the door without consulting the customers

I visited Ruchi’s Mexican Grill and picked up some freshly made tortillas. Unfortunately, when I got home and stored them in the fridge, I discovered the next day that they were moldy. It was disappointing, especially since the green sauce, as always, was excellent.
