Place is highly and I mean highly overpriced . I paid $70 for half lb brisket that was maybe 7 pieces and half lb ribs recieved 3 yes 3 ribs. All of it except the beans was nothing special . You can get better ribs at Chili’s … don’t waste your time eating here.

Did a group meal for 10. Food and the way the pack everything is off the hook. No complaints. My ping today was you get 3 sides, I got 2 they neglected to put the potato salad in the order. Will still use them again. First food in about 10 Group meals.

Not gonna lie, I come here every single day to get a Diet Coke and know a lot of the people by name so I might be a little biased; but this is my go-to barbecue place in New Braunfels.Blacks down the street is great, but I’d rather have a chopped beef sandwich, the best potato salad I’ve ever had, and a drink for under $10 than go down to blacks where you’d be dropping at least $15 for a similar quality chopped beef sandwich, and potato salad that isn’t even in the same ballpark. Blacks does have solid Diet Coke though, but I’d take Rudy’s over it.Also, this is the best Diet Coke in New Braunfels. Even if I didn’t like barbecue; this would still be my favorite drink stop in town.If I could give the staff here 100 stars I would! They are some of the nicest people I’ve met. Shout out to Kaeleb and Barb; I talk with them more than most of my friends and family haha.
