Wonderful restaurant. Their service was top notch the past couple of times we have visited! Only one time, we had to wait 45 mins for our table with reservation which they made up for it by offering complimentary desert and apologizing multiple times. To be fair they were packed!!
The food is just heavenly and very tasty and fresh! Recommend the duck Fesenjoon and their Soltani. I wanted to try their other food but these two options are so good that I can’t just pass them. Also recommend their labneh and charred tomato’s for appetizer and Persian ice cream for desert. The environment looks really nice and is pretty fancy. Definitely recommend if you want to go to a somewhat fancy place for Persian food!

It’s used to be good
But not anymore
The Gaimmha isn’t cook
It takes for ever to bring the bread
Plus you need to make a reservation to dine in.and even with the reservation you have to wait near the reception to be seated
It was my favorite restaurant but not anymore

The foyer is a bit crowded, but worth the hassle. Ask for Zayah. She is awesome!

Absolutely beautiful space and great staff. I ordered the filet kabob. I felt like the steak lacked seasoning or salt, but everything g else was delicious! My girlfriend got the chicken kabob and loved it!

Best Koobideh on the planet! 1 star deducted due to us having to wait 15min after arriving on time for our reservation. That’s an easy fix Rumi! You got this!

First of all, I hardly ever write reviews. I came and brought several of my friends here for my birthday dinner triple date night. I heard amazing things about Rumi’s and was so excited to try it. I will say I loved the ambiance and vibe of the restaurant and the food was amazing. But the service left me extremely disappointed and honestly ruined my birthday dinner. We were here for over 3 hours because everything took so incredibly long. Our waiter asked one of the couples for appetizers and then never asked the rest of us, and we didn’t see him for 20 mins. Eventually I was able to get his attention and the rest of us were able to order apps…. After our friend’s already arrived. We waited about 30 mins for those and the apps never came. Our waiter started clearing our table for entrees and I asked about the apps, to which he responded “what did you order again?”. Ours eventually came, but the other couples never did, so they ended up canceling them. That couple got only one entree and one side dish to share but had ordered many things. We waited maybe an hour and a half before we even got appetizers. Our waiter very rarely checked on us or asked if we were ready to move on to the next thing, we always had to initiate it and keep the flow moving, usually every 20 mins or whenever he would come near our table. Our bill was split all wrong and I somehow had mandatory 20% gratuity for the entire table ($93) on my check alone. We got it sorted out but it took another 30 minutes. I was expecting more out of the prices and type of restaurant this is, or at least to get comped for how disorganized everything was on my birthday, but no. I was very deeply disappointed and would’ve picked somewhere else to go for a special occasion had I known it would be like this. The food and ambiance were 10/10…. I just wish that we would’ve had someone more attentive to us and made this experience enjoyable. I’ve never been more disappointed at a restaurant’s service before.

Excellent spot for upscale Persian cuisine. The Galleria / Uptown area is a prime location for high end entertainment and food.
