Rumi's Kitchen

This is my fiancé's favorite restaurant. Every time we visit it's always amazing. This past visit, they really improved service when it comes to hands on, changing silverware, plates, etc, although I didn't think it could get any better!

Our dinner at Rumi's Kitchen – Houston turned out to be an excellent experience. The restaurant was impressively packed for a Monday evening, which already set the tone—but it also meant we waited about 15 minutes past our reservation time. Once seated, though, everything that followed more than made up for the delay. The food was outstanding across the board. Every dish was vibrant, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The saffron rice, kabobs, and appetizers were all memorable, and the pacing of the meal felt perfect once things got going. The ambiance added to it as well—busy but warm, energetic without feeling chaotic. Berke delivered excellent service with thoughtful recommendations and a warm, attentive approach. Su complemented the evening with polished, efficient timing and a natural sense of when to check in. They worked together seamlessly, and both contributed to making the experience feel relaxed and well cared for. Despite the initial wait, the combination of great food, a lively atmosphere, and genuinely exceptional service from Berke and Su made the night memorable. We left fully satisfied and look forward to coming back!

This was our 3rd time at Rumi's and as usual the food was amazing. We had a newly hired server that was still learning the ropes, but tried their best. While it has been about a year since we last visited, I noticed that the prices were higher, thanks POTUS.

Great place, but very busy for a weeknight. The valet was backed up but the restaurant still sat us quickly. It was a little noisier than I like for a business dinner, but would have been great for cocktails with friends. The food was good and service was great. Will go back for a social meal, but probably not for a business meal.

I love Rumi's Kitchen. So far I have been to Washington D C and now Houston and the waitstaff and food was amazing. The restaurant itself was so beautiful and the food was even better. We had the Chilean Seabass and a new dessert with cake/ ice cream and orange that was to die for. Definitely run there if you have not tried it. I would eat it every day if I could.
