Mrs. Katherine Garzen had our order ready as soon as we walked through the door. A very professional young lady and not tro mention, everything was fresh. 10 stars to this little cozy shop. I will be returning.
Found this place after our afternoon park run replenishment. So glad we did! The place is very small but has seating inside and out. They have a good amount of selections so we took our time to pick. What we got was delicious and fresh! We enjoyed it so very much and I was perfectly full by the end, which I finished it all. Will definitely return!
Stopped by on Sun May 11th at 2:30pm and door was locked and no one was there.

This was my daughter’s and my first time visiting Rush Bowls, and we were genuinely excited to try the smoothie bowls we’ve heard so much about. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations in several ways.
We both ordered the Beach Bowls, and they came out extremely watery—not the thick, refreshing consistency we were hoping for. The granola used tasted exactly like the Nature’s Path Pumpkin Seed + Flax granola that I often buy at the store, which gave the bowl more of a store-bought feel than a fresh, handcrafted one. I was really hoping for something more homemade and unique.
Customer service also left a lot to be desired. When we walked in, we weren’t acknowledged at all. The employee at the front seemed much more engaged in a casual conversation with a coworker than in helping customers. I’m very understanding, especially with young adults—I’m a mom myself, and I know everyone is still learning—but it felt disrespectful to be completely ignored and treated as an afterthought.
The bowls were made so quickly and with such little care that it was obvious. My daughter and I both agreed that the flavor and experience just weren’t enjoyable. We really wanted to like this place and were hoping for a warm, welcoming environment with bowls made with love and attention to detail, but sadly, that wasn’t our experience.
We hope Rush Bowls takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their customer service and the quality of their product. First impressions matter—and this one was disappointing.
I didn’t care for this place too much. The bowls are kind of sparse. You get one topping included and each additional topping is $1. That’s crazy. I’d have like a $40 bowl if I could choose the toppings I wanted. So I kept it basic. And it tasted ok no got a wellness bowl. Maybe the yoga. Not sure. But it was not overly tasty. It sufficed. Would not come back.

Ordered 2 smoothies and a power bowl. It’s a nice comfy space off Westcott but the smoothies weren’t all the way blended so chunks were still there in drink. Other than that, it’s okay.

The açaí tasted like watered down juice which was very disappointing. The peanut butter, fruit and toppings were good.

I was out enjoying a nice evening walk and I popped in to see what they offered. I was pleased to see that they offer smoothies (which I love) and açaí bowls. Since it was my first time I asked the staff member what has she tried and what would she recommend. I decided to go with something with protein in it. It was the power bowl. I wanted a smoothie and she told me that she could turn it into a smoothie and it was delicious. She also said that the power bowl is very popular. I spent 10.81 and the smoothie was a great size. I will be back soon and I’ve recommended rush bowls to a family member.

The energy the workers give is undefeated, happy , talkative, and overall kind. Second time I’ve visited both great experiences!

Just picked up two bowls. Parking lot is small - it was full when I got there so had to park on a side street and run in to pick up my online order. Turns out my peanut butter and jelly bowl was missing the jelly (see picture) - I didn't notice that until I got home (and I don't live close by). Also the bowls don't look like the pictures on the website - my PB & J bowl was barely pink while the pic on the website is a deep pink / red I guess owing to the strawberry in the base

I love it here, I’ve been here a couple times, bowls are great and smoothies, too. It’s not too sweet, I hate it when a smoothie place tries to make it appealing by adding sugar. But this is straight fruit and veggies. The service I have received is always great and the place looks very clean. Great option to go in and out super quick stop. They also have parking for their customers.
