I specifically asked for a normal hot dog without any cheese, and then they proceeded to give me one with cheese. I bite into it and it was really bad, the sausage was very small for the big bread

I don’t normally do bad reviews but oh my gosh….ordered a tres leches slice today and it came SPOILED! Straight up tasted like wet towel and mildew. Absolutely disgusting!

This is food for the heart. As a teen I was exposed to Venezuelan food. I loved the arepa con pernil. Lord it was perfect.

we was there yesterday open without A/C. So hell place , workers very nice but not door opens not fans terrible hell hell place plus food expenses never back again around Houston … terrible experience

I order to go on Uber Eats and it was great. I would come back here and try other food on the menu. I got the cachapa with fried pork and res a soup with rice. They put a good amount of meat in both dishes.

Vicite today and the food was exceptional, full of flavor and freshness on every plate. However, the attention of the cashier was disappointing; her lack of kindness affected the experience. It is a pity that good service did not accompany such a delicious meal. I would go back for the food, but I hope they improve customer service.

My husband went to buy me a mixed Pepito, which he ordered without tomato with grilled meat and chicken and when he got home I found the Pepito with full of tomato, stewed shredded chicken and meat to shred and to top it off they gave me an extra egg which they never put in!!! And I called to complain and I didn't receive an apology or a solution!! Only mockery so if I could give it 0 stars I would give them!! I recommend not eating there

Well the food wasn't bad honestly but the service was SOOO HORRIBLE that I'm giving the food 2 lil stars and let me explain why before I got there we called just to make sure it was open and just a an unattractive attitude by this guy so we did think much once we got there it was just 100 times worst I don't if this dude owns the place but if he doesn't OWNEr you must get rid of him if you are the owner and your readin this dude go back into your roots and learn what it means and feels to be Venezuelan and sell the place cus I promise your going down hill and it's sad cus u got a great place with great food but you service big guy in the yellow w the Samsung watch today was HORRIBLE I've meet and been to so many venezuelan restaurants all over the states and it's just a shame that you exist for all this people cus you are nothing like them even the waiters that bring your food told us they can't stand you and that you treat them like garbage and now that's sad and it could abuse so becarful
