Food was bad but the crazy thing is that service was worse. Tequeños were soggy and empanadas tasted weird.

When they feel that an average product is moving, instead of putting it on promotion or something, they increase the price! ?

The first time I came, I ordered a dozen chimó and they charged me for it individually! Then I had to call to make the claim and as soon as I called the guy was aware that he had done wrong and at once he told me to pay the difference.
Ok let's say he tried to throw it out of his mouth and it didn't work out.
Today I return at 9:30am to buy again and they are closed and you have to call them to come and serve you, there is not even a winery in Venezuela boy... I don't know why they have the published schedule if they don't respect it...

Very, very bad attention from the man who works here. He sees one with a bad face and by the way he wants to charge more than the published prices, the little devils are marked at 2 dollars and he was charging me at 8 each, I told him he is wrong, he got upset and told me but they don't cost two dollars either, it seems like a lack of respect for the customer leaves a lot to think about

If you want to have a bad time and stomach pain this is the perfect place
I’m venezuelan, I have tasted all the foods from my country available in Houston and Katy. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A VENEZUELAN FOOD EXPERIENCE DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE. My tequeños were burned, the empanadas didn’t have any taste and the counter woman was pretty grumpy. The food is not good at all. Such a bad experience…
