Banh Mi was yuck. Barely any meat, meat was dry little strips, bread was chewy, not really any flavor. Go elsewhere for a Banh Mi.

Wow! The price was lowered but the quality suffered! The bread was not a baguette, it was a soft hoagie roll, I missed the crunch of french bread. It keeps the veggies from making the bread a soggy mess. My pork banh mi was a big disappointment , from the wax paper wrap, not the swell plastic clam shell. II've enjoyed several banh mi here,. This was a first and I dunno if I'll try again. Ho hum, below average

The food at Saigon Hustle is freshly prepared. Although I’ve visited several times, my go-to items are the chicken rice bowl and shrimp and pork spring rolls. Love, love, love!

The spring rolls meat was old (hard, and funky tasting) wrapped with plastic. Rolls were not rolled tightly and stuffing fell out upon biting. BBQ vermicelli don’t even have meat, little fish sauce, vermicelli soaky broken. For the price I paid, I expected better quality. If you don’t know/ don’t have enough ingredients to make Vietnamese food please remove from the menu. Please do not sell this no favor food . No quality! No freshh! Uhhh… wanna throw up just when open the box… I will never order from here again. I do not recommend. Very disappointing.

I'm convinced the staff can't read.
Not one single item we ordered was correct. No onions? Here's some onions. Extra peanut sauce? How about none at all? Fried eggs? Nah. I made sure to ask if utensils were in the bag. We made scoops out of the container lids.
My scheduled order was ready well ahead of when it was to be picked up. Not cold, but not exactly fresh, either.
Less than what you pay for in missing items, quality and taste.

Absolutely bonkers that you would send out a bahn mi out without the veggies!!!!! I requested the veggies on the side because I couldn’t eat it right Away and it was delivered with out the veggies it’s not even worth eating and I didn’t. After traveling all day I was looking forward to eating this and I just cannot now thanks for ruining my night. Also didn’t add my extra Sambal or peanut sauce.

When I pay extra for butter and pate, I expect there to at least be the normal amount when I open my sandwich. Guess what? This is like the 10th time where there is literally barely any butter or pate. This is my last straw. Please educate your staff as you lost a customer

The soup was very fatty, the flavor wasn’t there or stuck to the soup. The alphabet soup pieces tasted like they had been sitting for a while before being placed in the soup.
The meat was ok.
The BanhMi was not toasted - and the BBQ pork was cold. Maybe Uber fault, but they also didn’t cut my sandwich in half. The taste was decent.
