The area has a lot of options and this place never seems to have many customers, now I know why. One plate was wrong and full of the items I asked to omit. Other plate had about 1/3 of carrots. Don’t waste your time on food and service this quality when in Houston.

I’ve been ordering catering from Saigon hustle at least once every other month , but lately they have been messing up my orders and the last time I ordered catering not only my order was delayed by 1.5 hours with no apology and no response from the manager but the chicken was chewy and almost burnt , will take my business elsewhere .
I did ask for and contacted the manager while I was in the store , as I ended up being late for providing lunch (order pick up was supposed to be at 10 am , not ready until 11;15 even though at 10’am I was told the delay would be 20 minutes) . I called and texted the manager with no response , I’m not sure what it means to contact the team directly as I’m sure , the same thing will happen . There are many other options near by and not worth my time . .

I order rice bowls with charbroiled ribeye. I wish I would have took a picture, because it definitely doesn't look like anything in the picture. Even if the food is ordered for delivery it is still representing your establishment. It should look as close to the picture as possible.

I was so hungry I forgot a photo.. plus I was driving! The pork Banh Mi here was fabulous! such great flavors and textures. If you don't like jalapeno, let them know because they do not skimp out on them!! HUGE pieces. Bread is toasted so again, if you like it untoasted, just say. The Ca Phu Sua Da coffee is amazing and super strong, enjoyed it totally.. perfect ice. Service was fast and enjoyed that there was a drive through!

Super cute little spot BUT the drive thru area is super congested. I waited a little while for them and it wasn’t toasted and it was cold.. Not worth the price at all.

Went through the drive thru, pretty fast service The pork vermicelli bowl was a little spicy, it was the fish sauce, had a little umpf. I liked it, and I didn't. Wish I could have just put a little on my meal, and maybe had no spice on rest of meal. This place is a little far from my house, but I was working in the area, and figured I could get it fast to take home. Service and cashier nice.
