First, for a place that has it in the name, there is no pho. This could be my misunderstanding due to language. Customers appear to be just about 100 percent Vietnamese, which makes the atmosphere a lot of fun for a Vietnamese coffee shop. Older guys are always smoking and talking outside in the chairs in front of this café. To me, this added to the experience, and the air is very clean inside - no smoke.
