I'm a regular at this location and it's usually pretty good. Recently ordered to go and found they didn't include the chicken we ordered. Called and asked him about it and was told we needed to talk to a manager and to come back some other time. Didn't have time and shouldn't have to return to get a refund. Just came in and requested to be reimbursed the chicken on the salad from today and was refused. I always tip at least 15% here so it's pretty disappointing

I did not like this service! They claim they sell fresh food but gave me a rotten strawberries in my salad I will not be coming here ever again! Very poor service do not recommend!!! And it was expensive.

Cielo does not know how to speak fluent english very hard to understand and also her hair is always messy imagine one of those hairs falling into my food. Anyways very bad service they are not organized!

Other new staff with less than great customer service. The old staff are still great. The dinig room not as well kept as Sam kept it. Just disappointing.

I really wanted a salad and I knew where to go. I donāt frequent the chain often- due to price; but the quality, freshness and taster are worth it, when I do.
I wish they gave more pita chips with an order and had a larger size beverage for the price. I did not buy a drink.

Their tea and fruit drinks are bad. Very watered down. We come weekly and they use to be good, but as of late, they are tasteless. Will notvorder drinks with the meal again.
