UPDATE:STOP with pre-typed response about your sorry etc. and to contacting your customer at the email below, because I contacted your customer service as well.. and has not received ANY response to my complaint regarding the Awful Customer Service.. Still Waiting at this time. Just Pathetic that Salatas CS-Team don't even take the time out to address customers concerns..The employees here at this location are very racially bias...I go here alot and I have holding off writing a bad review regarding there services.. A person asks for 2 scopps of dressing for their salad and thats what they should get, not 1 1/2 scoops and u portion off the scoop by shaking the dressing out the scoop.. its bad enough you guys seems to dilute the Ranch dressing with water mzking it more watery and less tasteful as Ranch and then the lady-Hayleen servinvg me says "well I can't give you the excess" What? excuse me! like are you serious.. Ridiculous!! Ask for Mgr.. And theres No Manager or Team lead on duty at 7o'clock at night... Well thats interesting..

The prices for Salata have always been high, but there must have been some price hikes recently because they've finally gotten to the point that I won't be returning despite the fact that I like their product.Salad Base Price: $20 (!?!)Smoked Turkey add-on: $7.18Cookie: $1.49Soda: $2.49Final tally: >$33I literally stared at the total in disbelief until the lady at the register asked if everything was okay. This is just an absurd pricing structure.

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I had an amazing experience at Salata! The salads were incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. The variety of toppings and dressings was impressive, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend trying their Caesar salad with grilled chicken - it was absolutely delicious! ?
