The baked potato was small and I smelled something sour. The cheese on top was bad. I had to scrape it off. It didn't have any butter but just sour cream. Never again.

I honestly love a place where you can build your own salad just the way you like it. I’m lucky enough to work in the same building as Salata, and since it’s right in the tunnels, it’s super convenient. You start by picking your greens, then load up with all the toppings you’re craving that day—there’s something satisfying about being in control of your own meal like that.
Their soups? Packed with flavor. Seriously, don’t skip them. Everything just feels fresh and made with care. It almost feels like you’re cheating because it tastes so good, but it’s actually healthy.
Even when the line looks long, it moves fast because they’ve got a solid team working back there. And you can tell they actually like working together—it has more of a family vibe than just a job.

If you’re nearby, it’s worth a stop. Whether you grab a seat in the tunnel or take it back to your desk, Salata is a quick, tasty, and feel-good option. Plus, they’re hiring—so if you’re job hunting, this seems like a place with good energy.

For $19 (with tip), I expect to have a full container with the directions followed. Asked for lots of fruit and the salad to be well mixed. The few pieces that weren’t lettuce in my 2/3 full container were all clumped together.
Not sure what has changed over there, but I’ve ordered here more than 50 times and going to find another place.

Always delicious.
Very often, they don't add the dressing to my salads. It's the third time! I have to eat my salad dry because there is no dressing.

Apart from being a busy downtown location; they are definitely adequately staffed to handle the large lunch crowds; however - they want to push you through like cattle, and I had to ask them at the cash register to add things to my salad, that they simply didn’t bother to allow anyone to ask for at the end of the line, e.g croutons, etc. Once asked, visually frustrated employee throws some croutons in a bag and puts on my plastic boxed up salad; not mixed in with it. Of course good luck mixing it int he small box they out your salad in. This location used to be really great; not so much any more. Got upstairs and there was bad lettuce in the box; threw the entire thing away. Just a horrible experience in general. Won’t be going back.

I go to this place very often, but today I was shocked with the portion they served me. It was about half the size I usually get.
I’m sorry, but if I order a regular size salad instead of a small, the portion should be bigger. They literally just added extra lettuce and gave me the same amount of toppings!! I was basically charged for extra lettuce!! No one needs to order the regular size ever again! Literally a

I have never eaten there, and I would not, I saw an employee in the bathroom, on Thursday the 15th before they opened, when she came out of the bathroom, she only got the tips of her fingers wet for 5 seconds, she dried her hands and with the same paper blew her nose, threw the paper and left ready to prepare salads without washing her hands, she never touched the soap
Ordered bowl of tortilla soup, baked pita chips, iced tea. Ordered online, and app said it would be ready immediately. Arrived 15 minutes after ordering, and it still was not ready. Soup was lukewarm and barely larger than a cup. Flavor was so so. Receipt taped to the outside of the drink cup hid the one that was stuffed inside the cup, which I didn’t realize until I had finished my drink. Won’t be doing this again.
They charge $18 for a salad wrap with chicken and a small soup. the wraps have been getting smaller and smaller over recent weeks to where it’s an absolute joke. I’ll never return
