Had the most horrible experience today with the location near West Rd. I would very much appreciate someone in the Corporate Office reach out to discuss. I have emailed but apparently that just goes to a person at that store who has retaliated against a complaint.

Had the worst experience today I always go home salata but for some reason there's a new guy working again Westheimer location and he was rude gave me a pinch of salad for my wrap how crazy is that .I will never go to this location again and throw assistant manager was very rude to me in front of other customers.i don't get it this wrap is more then a small salad .a tortilla really .

Good evening,I visit your store in Pearland texas on 518 about 1625 hrs one week ago and I bought what I always get a large salad with protein. The salad is always fresh. I spend 12.99 dollars everytime and I tip. Today I paid and left a tip. My problem is the way the staff hurry you through the line might be OK for some people. But you cannot rush everyone like that because then it becomes a customer service issue. Tell them to slow down because a customer trying see what they want.. But I will be back because I know they young and have to learn. Thank you and God bless you and your staff.

Because I really dislike when a person, sales person offer to tell me prices of things I didnt ask the price of. If I ask for an extra anything and I dont ask for the price......it MUST MEAN THE COST ISNT AN ISSUE...... STOP PROFILING PEOPLE, YOUR CUSTOMERS....... USUALLY IF SOMEONE CHOOSES TO PATRONIZE your restaurant,ITS BECAUSE THEY CAN AFFORD TO. IJS .

Your employee at the Salata in Conroe Texas decided to be judgemental about my son who wears a bag or purse. She wouldn't stop speaking to me in Spanish no matter how much I said not to. She lied to her manager saying she heard me speaking to my "daughter" .Worst attitude and if Salata is going to discriminate my son based on his sexual orientation then Salata needs retraining in working with the public. That employee could cost you a lawsuit next time!!!!!!!
