I always enjoy my dining experiences at Salata. All locations I’ve visited—and I’ve been to several in the Houston area—offer fresh and healthy menu options. The fresh food quality and good customer service has always been consistent through the years. No complaints there.👏🏼👍🏼
My only issue in past dining experiences is a few of the food service workers being stingy with the salad toppings. I’ve had visits where some of them would give a “pinch” serving, where they use their thumb and forefinger to measure the amount they put on the salad.
So I’ve had speak up and tell them to adjust the amount to at least a spoonful of each topping. If I’m going to pay almost $20 for a salad, I need to at least be able to see the toppings on my plate. Once I address them tactfully, they usually correct the serving size.

I stopped by today for a salad. It was average, but the service was an absolute disappointment. The worker who attended to me seemed angry and didn’t reply to any of my questions. The guy had a completely serious expression and even put a different dressing on my salad when I clearly said, “the green one.” Never again.

I did an online order threw their app and the Food took longer than anticipated granted when I got there they seemed to get a large group of people which is understandable. I have one concern for sanitation cause they have an employee coming in and out of the back with his underwear showing not sure how sanitary that is.

It's actually really good but We ordered online and it says on the website all dressings will be on the side. However, my wrap is drowning in dressing. I wanted to have half now and half later that's not going to happen because it will be completely soggy in about 5 minutes. How about putting it on the side next time like your website says?
