I'm not to leave this kind of reviews but.. I ordered 2 Cesar salads with chicken,to go and everything on this salad was bad,it smelled and tasted like it had tuna in it, the chicken had a mushy texture and tasted bad, it ended in the trash i had no idea why the fish smell or flavor if it was a chicken Cesar salad and for their salad prices I expect the salads to be good and decent flavor. Can't say on customer service cause the day I went the place was empty only one person siting inside so we got help as soon as we walked in with no problem but, first time in this location and last

I always leave Salata satisfied with both the service and the food. Today, Bella exceeded my expectations—she was super nice and made my experience even better. Thank you for the great service!

I would not recommend this Salata on N. Shepherd Dr. Because of a very rude so-called lead manager by the name of Ariana has such a bad attitude towards customers throws and slams items around in front of customers I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this so after about 3 times I said to myself, I am not coming back here again. I would rather go to the one in spring, where I live rather than going to the one on N. shepherd where Ariana is so rude and ugly to the customers.

I really like going to Salata, and this was my first time at this location last week. The food was exactly the same as any other Salata. However, there was no soap in the women’s bathroom and as I was going in, one of the workers was leaving. I couldn’t help but wonder if workers were there serving our food without washing their hands with soap…

I never received my order and Ariana or whoever it is just kept hanging up in my face and she had a really bad attitude. And we were very polite. I was being patient with them opposite point. She kept hanging up in my face, so I just wanted to cancel my order all along because nobody deserves that.

Salata offers a customizable salad experience with bases like lettuce, arugula, spinach, and other greens—plus nearly any topping you can think of. The selection is broad and colorful, with everything from grains and fruits to cheeses and crunchy add-ons. Most of the ingredients, however, are high in carbs—great for vegetarians or those following a low-protein, low-fat diet, but not ideal for anyone trying to stick to keto. The protein options (which cost extra) are the only real keto-friendly choices.

I built a tasty, fresh salad and enjoyed it, but I felt a bit guilty about stepping off my ketogenic plan. That said, everything I tried had good flavor and quality.

The cost was reasonable for a fast-casual salad bar, but personally, I thought it was a little steep—around $11 for a salad, not including a drink or premium protein. For that price, I’d hope for either a larger portion or more included protein options.

I arrived early and was one of the first customers of the day. The space was quiet and relaxed, with plenty of room between tables. It started getting busier as I was finishing up, but the atmosphere remained calm and welcoming.

Overall, Salata is a solid spot for fresh, fast, build-your-own salads—just know your diet and budget before diving in.

Wow. $20 for a seafood salad with absolutely zero seafood. Not one shrimp, not a single piece of protein—just a sad pile of lettuce. I guess I paid for the privilege of being scammed? Honestly, I could’ve gone to H-E-B, bought a whole head of lettuce for $2, and at least had the satisfaction of making my own disappointment.

The kids working there clearly don’t know the difference between a salad and a garnish. No toppings, no flavor, no effort. If I wanted to eat air and leaves, I would’ve gone outside and chewed on the grass. Total joke.

Went in at 6PM (not late) and they were out of half of the ingredients, which you don’t realize until you are halfway through the line… then you get charged full price for a salad missing half the things you wanted! Servers were nice and apologetic but really disappointing to pay $15 for a salad and not be able to make it what you want. No pita chips or bread either!

Half a scoop of chicken. Seriously ? If I don’t point it out to the server they’d be happy giving me half a scoop of chicken instead of the full scoop. And they gave me more crouton powder than actual croutons. Seriously. Get your act together. I knew there was a reason why I stopped coming here.
