I absolutely love this location!! The staff members are so friendly and make the most delicious salads! Coral the manager is so sweet and pleasant and she makes your salad as if she’s making her own! And she gives great suggestions. Abril is really sweet also and she has such a pretty smile. I’ve been to other salatas and they do not taste as good as this one and overall their technique isn’t as good as briarforest location. I could literally eat here everyday

I have had multiple salads here. You can get them any way you want with multiple ingredients. They have various s proteins, soups and some bread. They also have cookies and soft drinks. The service is always excellent.

So I ate here yesterday. The people were nice and atmosphere was inviting .
I got my food and took it home and was fine until about half way into the meal. Suddenly had sever stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting.
Now I make salads everyday at home and never had a problem but I was lazy and wanted to try this place .
I suspect the lettuce wasn’t washed properly because I was so sick I had to go to the urgent care for them to tell me I had food poisoning. I’m still sick today.
Also concerning is the proteins, they had had steak and shrimp right next to each other and I’m allergic to shrimp so I was scared to get the steak.
Not saying your experience will be like mine but this was my experience . Probably won’t go back because of this .

I didn’t catch his name but a male employee with pale skin and brownish hair worked on an order for my toddler daughter and I and he was very patient and kind. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was ideal and we really appreciated him! Got home and had to rave about the customer service experience. What a sweet kid :,)

This is my second bad experience at this location. This time I ordered online and my salad arrived with no dressing. I couldn’t leave work to pick it up and I was told they cannot refund me. So basically I just wasted $30. My first bad experience was when I came to order a salad for my boss and was reading from a list. The worker was very impatient with me and ended up putting beats in the salad instead of beans (misunderstanding) but then refused to remake it. Instead she grabbed the beats out with her hands and added the beans. I was so in shock I didn’t even know what to say and I didn’t want to inconvenience the other customers so I ended up handing my boss a salad that probably tasted like beats :( I probably won’t order from this location again
