I love coming to Salata HBU location. Ms. Alicia is the best. She is always smiling, polite and always ask about my son, if he is not with me. We are regulars. Most of her staff usually know us and are welcoming. And a plus,they serve the right portion of toppings. Love it!

I’ve been coming to this specific location for years, and it was always a great experience until recently. There’s a lady who’s always first in line. She’s inconsiderate and puts the salad in the bowl without even letting us finish our orders. She continues to the next person in line without a second thought. If you ask her for another spoon for a specific side, she gets offended. The ladies next to me commented to me, “What’s wrong with her?” We all noticed her poor service.
