I though I would enjoy a fresh salad after a long day from work. So I ordered from here through Uber Eats. And of course, they messed up my order. They left out several items that I requested for my salad. Completely ruined my evening.

Came in here for the 1st time since I left Houston. Nothings changed!!! Same great food with all the trimmings.
I got the salad with shrimp, onions, tomatoes, croutons & balsamic on the side with 2 pieces of bread on the side. (Forgot to get the chips) but im happy.
I needed this salad for all the right reasons. It's healthy & just good!!!
Came in at $22 but who cares. I got what I wanted.

Problem is their so called CEASER DRESSING, it's way too much anchovies added in their sauce leaving their dressing totally FISHY tasting. CEASER dressing should never taste like did on Nov 5, 2025. I had to throw it away.

It’s disappointing that ordering online doesn’t get the same care as ordering in person. I’m a frequent Salata customer, and this is the first time I’ve been let down by both the service and the food. When I came in to pick up my order, no one greeted me or offered any help. My food was just sitting on the counter, and even after I said I was there for pickup, the only response I got was “okay.”
When I got back to work and started eating, I realized my salad wasn’t properly prepared. It looked like they mixed it in the to-go container instead of using the mixing bowl, all the toppings were sitting on top of a small amount of lettuce instead of being evenly mixed. I order online because I only get a 30-minute lunch break, so I really depend on convenience and consistency. This experience was disappointing and makes me hesitant to order from this location again
