I had an unpleasant encounter with a server. I arrived 40 minutes before closing, and it seemed like they were in a rush to go home. The service wasn't very friendly, and the portion size was the worst I've ever experienced.

I would give 5 star for the food and Johan. Somebody picked up my order by mistake, but Johan re-prepared for me even if it wasn’t their fault. I really appreciate it!

This is the least busiest location...no wait time, which is really good. Parking is an issue. Unfortunately, Alma provided us with poor customer service today. She was rude. We won't be back to this location. Food was delicious.

Came in to place an order for my girlfriend, she had everything on a list and to make it easier for the workers and I, I offered to have them read the list rather than me struggle to read everything in order since I've never been here before. She points back at me and says you read it rudely and then proceeds to speak in spanish to the other employees saying "why would he ask me to read off of it" as if I don't know spanish myself. Rude as hell and it wasn't that deep to just read off the list instead of me having to go in order since the food items are split into sections and I wouldn't want them going back and forth to different sections. Anyways the person who took payment was kind to me and offered forks and spoons and had a great time to her voice and wasn't rude at all.

The restaurant was very clean, but this is the first time that I had a salad, and the items were not fresh. It was almost as if some of the toppings had gone bad not to mention my dressing that I get every single time tasted out of date.I normally go to salata in the Heights and have never had this problem. Last the service was slightly rude. We had 10 minutes until closing but one of the workers insisted on taking my chair because they were closing “soon”. I will make sure to stay in the Heights when I want to go to salata.

Embarking on a quest for a wholesome, nutritious meal, we found ourselves at Salata, a build-your-own salad chain that offers an abundance of choices to cater to every palate. With an exceptional array of ingredients and a sparklingly clean atmosphere, this location left a lasting impression. At Salata, you can embark on a delightful culinary journey, handpicking your base salad, toppings, proteins, and dressings as you traverse the line. The possibilities are endless, ensuring that you can savor a unique salad creation with every visit. The impressive selection of salad ingredients, ranging from fresh fruits and a variety of cheeses to an assortment of crisp salad toppings, truly set Salata apart. The quality and quantity of their offerings exceeded our expectations and left us spoilt for choice. The establishment's clean, open, and fresh ambiance contributed to a pleasant and inviting dining experience. During our Sunday afternoon visit, we were surprised to find the restaurant rather empty around lunchtime, providing a serene, unhurried meal. When it comes to portion sizes, Salata's regular size can be considered large, while their small size is closer to a standard salad portion. This generous offering ensures you leave satisfied and nourished. While Salata presents a healthy dining option, the cost can be a tad steep, particularly when adding protein or meat to your salad. However, the quality and variety of ingredients justify the expense. The only drawback we encountered was the location's somewhat hidden nature, sharing a parking lot with Costco, which made finding a spot on the weekend a challenge. Navigating around the main building and ascending a flight of stairs was necessary to locate the restaurant. In conclusion, Salata offers a fresh, customizable, and delightful salad experience that caters to diverse tastes and preferences. Though slightly pricey and tucked away, this haven for salad enthusiasts is well worth the effort. Step into Salata for a delectable, healthy meal that leaves you feeling revitalized and ready to seize the day.
