Salata is one of my favorite places to eat. I was very disappointed with the galleria one. It was 5pm afternoon on a Saturday and not busy at all. They ran out of jicama and bacon and it’s not even dinner time. And then when I go to use the first card my daughter gave me after 10 minutes of taping the screen the worker says there’s a $20 balance but that she is unable to apply it because she doesn’t know how to. So I ended up having to pay for it with my credit card. The worker could have just given it to me for to free, or throw in a cookie or protein for being incompetent. I asked her if the other 2 employees knew how to do it and she said no. I would not recommend coming here.I would like to edit my review. One of the reps from salata reached out to me and informed me she would address the concerns I had at this location and gave me a free meal for the inconvenience. Thanks ayde! I would give this place another chance.

I’ve been to other locations but this is my new favorite!! It’s my third time in and I love how friendly and efficient the workers are. I never feel rushed and I like how they give me suggestions on what to add into my salad bowl. The dining area is kept really clean too.

I am so thrilled with customer service here! I came in for lunch today and was instantly greeted by smiling faces. I recommend the pesto chicken with fresh herd dressing it was to die for ? I will be back!!

Even I have been a loyal customer for years, I decide to go next door Chipotle and walked out with my food within 3 mins. … The service is getting worse and worse at this Salata location. Beware of the long waiting time …..

This Galleria location is a hot mess. It's filthy. You're apparently expected to wipe down your own table if you want to eat off a clean surface because the staff certainly isn't going to. The people are rude. They're always out of ingredients. The team is in major need of some training.

Excellent salads with everything you could possibly want in a salad! Splitting a regular salad is a great option and fills us up pretty well.Vegetarian options: The salad bar has tons of excellent fruit and vegetable options.

Very good salads. If you ordered a medium bowl, it is a lot. Definitely had some take home. Found the balsamic vinaigrette was one of the better dressings as it's stuck to the spinach much better. Well worth going back again on our next trip to the Galleria.Parking: Parking was an issue that day. We spent about and half hour driving through the parking garages before we found a spot.

The employees do not care at all (Salata at the Galleria). A carrier from the uber eats cancelled my order and when I called the restaurant to follow up and check the status of my order, they did not care at all. No one is trained to deal with customers and when I told them that I was not going to order food from their restaurant, the employee said “cool”.

Shortly after eating my food, I look up to see a female employee with gloves on, on her cell phone and eating the lettuce from her Togo container. The next thing she does is dump the lettuce back into the lettuce bin. At that point, she realized I was watching her.The female (older female) I assumed was the shift lead, which was notified of the occurrence. The lettuce bin that was contaminated was not removed. Her response was, "the manager will be notified, and the camera will be reviewed." I we wonder why customers are food poisoned.Be mindful of who is handling your food. Some of these people should not be working in food service!

Honestly, one of the best lunch options in the Gallaria. Bypass the ridiculous line at the make-your-own burrito next door and stop in here for a healthier and faster option. My favorite? Kale and spinach with chickpeas, banana peppers, dried tomatoes, feta, and falafel with balsamic vinaigrette. Love their tea options as well.
