Thank you Saltgrass Steakhouse!We had a fabulous pre-Valentine’s dinner last night at the I-10 in Hedwig Village Location. Most excellent service began when we were greeted by our Hostess Katie. Our Server Derek was exceptional. The ribs and our entire meal was outstanding. The managers Cassie and John checked on us throughout the evening. A VIP moment most certainly. We will see you all again very soon. Antigone and John.

Customer service was terrible, server forgot our food and never checked on us to see if we needed anything, we had to ask another server that was nearby because ours wouldn’t check on us, we also felt discriminated. Will not be coming back.

This Saltgrass location consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience. The food and drinks are always spot on and served by a genuinely attentive staff. A massive shoutout goes to Manager Cassie, who truly elevates the visit—she makes a point of personally checking on every table and is always a pleasure to speak with. Our server tonight, Maddie, was a highlight; she was sweet, incredibly efficient, and anticipatory throughout our entire dinner. The atmosphere here is always warm and welcoming. We wholeheartedly recommend this location for anyone seeking a highly enjoyable experience and a delicious meal!

We had such a great experience at Saltgrass Steakhouse! Our server, Justin, really stood out—he was fun, very accommodating, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys his job. His energy and suggestions made the meal extra enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the 5 oz filet with a baked potato and the strawberry spinach salad—everything was cooked perfectly. The warm bread is always a favorite, and Justin even made sure we had some to take home. The grilled pineapple margarita was incredible—it tasted like a sweet, refreshing pineapple drink. For an appetizer, I can never pass up the mushrooms, and once again they did not disappoint. This dinner was just a last-minute decision with no special occasion, but Justin and the meal made it feel special anyway. We’ll definitely be back!

I highly recommend this restaurant! Cassie the manager is awesome! She was so pleasant and attentive to our needs. Our server was busy with another table and without hesitation Cassie assisted our party offering many different varieties of appetizers and drinks! Cassie is definitely the one to ask for when dinning in, she knows her stuff!!!
