I just went to this salt grass location today June 212025 at approximately 3:20 pm. I was with a party of approximately 50 people. The manager Taylor was very accommodating for a last minute arrangement of approximately 50 guests. Alexa and Naomi were very professional and very friendly, even when confronted by rude and obnoxious guest who were in the group of people I was with. Taylor also checked in with our group to make sure we were being taken care of and to ensure we were receiving the proper service from her staff. Another female staff member whose name I didn’t get, also came over to make sure we were being provided with great service. Alexa and Naomi showed tremendous restraint and respect even when I personally saw some individuals become rude and disrespectful. Taylor also replaced two meals that were not to the liking of two guest in my group. I want to say 6 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Taylor Naomi and Alexa thank you 🙏🏾 very much…… And sorry for what you had to experience today.

My family and I went to Saltgrass for a late Father's Day dinner. Our waitress, Naomi, was amazing! She was attentive and funny. The food was delicious! The chicken laredo was cooked perfectly. We had a wonderful time!

Solidly mediocre. Ordered takeout. Salad had no dressing, steak was ordered medium and was close to beef jerky. Ribs were ok and chicken was dry. Honestly the carrot cake was the only thing worth getting.

Vegetarian options: Not sure about this. I would order Baked Potato and Salad.

Saltgrass Steak House at 520 Meyerland Plaza is our go to when we are in Houston! We have never had a bad experience and we have continued to dine there often. Our latest visit was 1/2/2025, but something changed. Stephany was our server for the first time, and I can tell you it will not be our last time! She welcomed us with a beautiful smile and an awesome sense of humor, which we greatly appreciate! We felt blessed to have met her! The food, drinks, service, management and atmosphere were excellent, as usual and we are greatly looking forward to our next visit!!!!

Waited almost forty minutes for a pick up order. Queso only. Queso. I arrived, informed them I placed an online order. Was told “oh you placed it for x time.” Me, already aware, as the website does not allow rush orders. Host radios the kitchen and informs them I am early. Conveniently as I approach 30 minutes I ask the hostess to cancel my order, as this is quite ridiculous. She reappears and informs me my food is coming out. 3 more minutes pass before my food is delivered. Would not recommend ordering take out, you’re not a priority even if it is $20 queso.

Saltgrass is a long time favorite of mine. It's a solid casual steakhouse, at a fair price, with a little something for just about anyone. I've Never had a bad meal here at the Meyerland location and this last time was no exception. Our server Sowan was excellent. He was very friendly and attentive. The only thing I'd say against the place is that it's very loud inside, especially when it's crowded but that's sort of an "it is what it is" kind of thing. Be sure to bring some extra appetite for the freshly baked bread that they bring to the table, and I'd recommend the T-bone steak or the bbq ribs.

Wouldn’t eat at this location again. They were really busy and they took a long time to bring out the food we waited more than 30 min, the kids burger and fries was too salty. Didn’t bother get the server/couldn’t get the server to come get us new food because of how busy it seemed.
