Bartenders need to address you within 2 minutes. Sitting right in front of her and wasn't offered a menu or drinks for several minutes. They were lacking customer service which is not normal for Saltgrass. That continued thru my entire visit. She would check her phone and go around back of the bar!!

I place pick up orders approximately 3 or 4 times a month for my 91 year old father. Every time I call, I'm hung up on atleast twice. 3 times today. Then on hold for 11 minutes. 20 minutes, later I show up to pick up the order only to find it's not ready. ITS A BOWL OF SOUP!!!! Cmon Saltgrass. The restaurant wasn't even half full at 5 o'clock.

Always an exceptional place to go to either for business, date, or just to treat yourself. The presentation of the food is meticulous, with thoughtful proportional arrangement in relation to the dish size. The drinks are plentiful, and they leave a decanter for your iced tea when you order, so you don't have to harass the waitress with constant refills. The cut of meet and the cooking technique is extraordinary. They will honor your request for rate, medium, or well done. The pre-meal bread is very fresh, and fluffy with a thick crust that cuts well with the knife. The whole experience is just meticulous and amazing.

The server miles took about fifteen minutes to come greet our table. He took our drink order and appetizer. Our appetizer came to our table before our drinks. That tells you how long he too to bring our drinks.
If you plan to work as a server and can't make it to a table to take orders, at least say hi and introduce yourself to the guest. Don't just ignore them.

This place is not worth the trip. After bringing an ice cold plate of food they took the plate back. Only to bring back the same cold plate of food. Enjoyed watching my 11 friends eat while I waited for absolutely nothing. However the McDonalds I picked up was hot.

There was too much of a red seasoning on the T-Bone Steak that made the taste off-putting, and the steak was thin! This is unusual for a Saltgrass Steakhouse, so I'm not sure what was going on at the time we visited.
It’s really weird to walk into a restaurants restroom and see the employees talking and standing around! I don’t understand why one was so close to the other at the urinal and I walk into and they both jump and fix themselves!!! If the employees are engaging in sexual activity in the restroom that’s disgusting!!!!! Please know kids come into that restroom as well and this isn’t the first time I walked in on this type of behavior!!!!! This is why I don’t eat at this salt grass!! Smh
