We came here for lunch today. I made the reservation online and wrote in the comment box that our lunch was for my dad’s 80th birthday. They put us in a semi private room, we had the best server, and the food was amazing. Everyone from the hostess to server to manager said happy birthday to my dad and went out of their way to make him feel special. So thankful for amazing service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It was our first time to SGSH and we were seated waited about 5ish minutes before our waiter coming over to take our drink order. We ordered 2 waters, a gin martini and a watermelon Fresca. The water and bread came and we waited 25ish mins for our 2 alcoholic drinks. Our waiter came and told us they had not started making our drinks and the bar was busy but they were going to make our drinks. My partner asked for a manager just to share our frustrations and our waiter asked her why we needed a manager if he just explained what was happening. That was enough for us to say we are leaving. We spoke to the manager and left. We will never go to another SGSH.

I always order to go for my kid and unfortunately he’s a picky one. They always accommodate my order and needs and always exceed service when needed if something happened by accident! Thank you guys for being awesome

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m in shock at the customer service at this establishment on their to-go side. I usually dine in and have a fabulous experience, minus my salad always being wilted (they’ve replaced my salad the few times I’ve pointed this out). Today I decided to grab an order to go and was treated like trash from the moment I walked into their little To-Go corner. The Hispanic lady with the glasses kept huffing and puffing when I asked ONE question. I ended up just walking out and will be taking my business elsewhere. Sad because my families company and suppliers love to come here for their lunches. I will keep this experience in mind next time I’m craving a steak.

I got the Brisket Burger I would say this burger is a good 9.4!!! The bun is amazing the brisket so tender, the bbq sauce on it delicious. The cheese pull was VERY cheesy!!! I would only say more pickles plzzz. Soo delicious ?

I visit this place again on Oct 32, 2024 around 12:00pm with 4 coworkers. 3 of us had our food uncooked they had to take our plates and redo them again.No one apologized no nothing. Very disappointed at this place.

Was pretty disappointed in the steak. I’ve gotten the same thing multiple times in the past, but this one was flavorless, thin & far to much fat on the cut. Like 1/3 of it.. the waitress was really nice and sweet. Everything else was fine. It was mainly just the steaks me and my gf ordered but that’s the main course and it should be done correctly. Specially if you’re paying upwards of $30.

Finally had to ask the manager who “hurried the kitchen along” and my steak was overcooked and cold. Then the waitress took money from the change since she knew the service was horrible and didn’t think we would count the change. Wasn’t until she was confronted that she returned the rest of the change. This place has really gone downhill. Manager seems to not really care about how the service was run or that waitress stole money from a customer. If I could give less stars I would.

Last night, I had my Bachelorette dinner at your establishment, and I regret my decision. I called during the week to make a reservation, and I was informed that Saltgrass does not accept reservations. Instead, I was advised to call one hour before the planned dinner, which I did. Upon arrival, we checked in on time, but we were not seated until 7:50 PM. At no point did a manager approach us to provide an explanation for the delay. The hostess repeatedly apologized, stating that there would be a 20-minute wait, but this timeframe was not accurate.

First plate was San Antonio River Walk, and the dining experience was excellent! Second plate is Willowbrook area. My order was to go and the waitress that served and help me her attitude and personality was beyond exceptional!! Both places I will return again!☺
