We come here almost once a week and get the same thing every time. But very seldomly they get my steak wrong. So I ask to remake it. They made me feel very awkward the last time and reminded me of one other time I sent it back. Like if I don’t like something or if yall messed it up, wrong temp, I’m gonna send it back. One-Star Review for Saltgrass Steakhouse
I recently went to Saltgrass to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we were seated right by the kitchen, which meant trays of food were constantly being carried over our heads. It felt like sitting in a highway of waitstaff traffic.
On top of that, the wait time for our appetizers was unreasonably long, and when our server finally brought them out, our main meals took forever as well. The server even implied it was my fault for ordering late, which simply wasn’t true since I watched other tables, who arrived after us, get their food and finish before we did.
In the end, I asked them to just pack my food to go because the experience was already ruined. They did so, but offered no apology, no discount, nothing to make it right. Definitely not the kind of service I’d expect, and I won’t be coming back.

I have been here several times Ordered one of my favorite dish Chicken fried steak with double mashed potatoes gravy on the side 🐔 fried steak was very tender and tasty 😋 and for a appetizer we had ordered the fried mushrooms 🍄 😋 Everything was cooked to perfection Will definitely visit again Thanks to all staff members Great job

I would like start off and say the 4 stars is not for the service, food or atmosphere. The 4 stars is for the policy. My understanding is they tip share. I understand everyone needs to make money but dont think its fair for all of them to receive the same money if one waiter/waitress has superior customer service. Salt Grass you need to do better. Let your staff get rewarded on hard work and not be punished.

HORRIBLE customer service and lack of professionalism. We placed an order through a 3rd party (Uber eats) and our food wasn’t handed to our driver until well over an HOUR from when our order was placed. The driver sat there waiting for over half an hour for them to package our order. 1 appetizer, 2 mains, 1 kids plate and a desert. Not a huge order but we spent well over $100. I called the restaurant and after waiting hold for 5 minutes, spoke with manager Genesis Romero who conveniently had just handed my order off to the driver when she finally took me off hold. And what did Genesis do to rectify the situation? “Sincerely apologize” and told me there was nothing she could do because this was a 3rd party order. According to her she couldn’t even offer us a future comp because this was a Uber Eats delivery. Make it make sense! When our food did finally arrive, our soup had spilled inside the bag. This was all on a Thursday night. I hadn’t eaten at Salt Grass for at least 15 years and I will NEVER eat here again. I caution you not to waist your hard earned money here either.

Yet another steakhouse that can’t get medium rare right…side car was made in a martini glass with a lemon slice plopped in and ice chunks floating around….mac and cheese with more bread crumbs than actual cheese…honey & sriracha Brussels sprouts but the kitchen forgot about honey & sriracha…this was tragic tbh
Service and Hospitality always shines with Kreshell and Cole. Hats off to memo and Kitchen staff for making a perfectly cooked Medium steak.

Thank You to the Manager Kym that went above and beyond for his customer service, I called today friday after Thanksgiving Day and asked if they was still serving Thanksgiving dinner and he said that it was not on the menu anymore but he will definitely take care of me. I told him for 2 he asked when I would be coming in, I told him 30-40 minutes, he said that he will start preparing it. I arrived and he met with me and had my server Tabbitha take the drink order and advised that the turkey dinners are being prepared and will be out. It was awesome. Plenty of food and the service that Tabbitha provided was awesome. When I finished and was leaving, Kym came out and asked how the food was and I told him great. He shook my hand and was happy that I chose Saltgrass.

We went to Saltgrass for Thanksgiving and enjoyed our meal. We did not get the holiday meal, we ordered from the menu. The ribs tasted excellent, the steaks were cooked perfect and were seasoned well. The house salad was fresh, added egg and bacon! The service was attentive although they were extremely busy! Overall had an excellent experience. Happy Thanksgiving.
