Ordered general Tso, Sesame chicken, fried rice and wonton soup. General Tso was watery, flavorless and overcooked. The sesame chicken was dry and also lacking flavor. The wonton soup was extremely salty and just overall gross.

Please do not eat at this establishment, roaches are in the food !!!!! Run don’t even think about stopping here , you can’t even order food like a normal restaurant . Tables and chairs are blocking the entrance ..Ruined my appetite . 30 dollars down the drain

Horrible service. My order was never delivered, and I was left hungry. Uber refunded the meal, but how sweet of them to let the driver keep my tip for doing absolutely nothing! What a lovely way to run a business. Never again.

I ordered online. They advertise a combination rice that is buy one get one free. I ordered this and didn't get my free rice. The food is very bland. Not seasoned and the orange chicken had no taste at all. The egg rolls were horrible. This is not a good spot to eat at if your a fan of Chinese food. I miss Timmy Chans. Where I live at now, there's no Timmy Chans in this location.

First they lied about the buy one get one free. I didnt get the free item. Then the General Tso was horrible. Rice under cooked, hard, and sticky. The chicken tasted nuked. Then there was nothing good about the veggie egg rolls. Just grease and crust. AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS JUST A NUMBER, MESSAGES FULL.

Brown rice was rotting. It was completely dry in some parts and very wet and thick like glue for the majority. It smelled of fermentation and mold and was not suitable to be served in any capacity. I suspect it was sitting in the same rice cooker for days with water being added to it. To top it off, there was an unused staple in our fried rice. The food prep is careless.
The crab rangoons were awesome, however. But clean up the act, guys. The food needs to be safe.

Ordered in Uber Eats. Orange Chicken - no way to eat it. Tasted old and expired. Not breaded or fried. Just boiled chicken cubes in orange sauce. Even the dog wouldn't eat it. Miso Soup tasted very old. I had to spit it out. Disgusting. Crab Rangoon was ok. Oily, but at least I could eat it or I wouldn't have had anything for lunch.
I didn't even open the rice because the food just smelled bad. I threw away everything except the crab Rangoon and I only ate three of those.
I don't give reviews like this lightly. You can see my other reviews for many places. I would never eat Sam's Cafe again. It really was very very bad food.

I try to avoid posting bad reviews because I sometimes wonder if it was just my preference or a one off. In this case, it was both objectively so bad, and I see a trend of reviews reporting the same. I’m not just trying to hate, I genuinely hope someone can incorporate this feedback to improve. I suggest you look elsewhere. I’m usually on top of comparing ubereats reviews to Google reviews but failed to do so this time. Out $40 for it. Look elsewhere
