Ordered in Uber Eats. Orange Chicken - no way to eat it. Tasted old and expired. Not breaded or fried. Just boiled chicken cubes in orange sauce. Even the dog wouldn't eat it. Miso Soup tasted very old. I had to spit it out. Disgusting. Crab Rangoon was ok. Oily, but at least I could eat it or I wouldn't have had anything for lunch.
I didn't even open the rice because the food just smelled bad. I threw away everything except the crab Rangoon and I only ate three of those.
I don't give reviews like this lightly. You can see my other reviews for many places. I would never eat Sam's Cafe again. It really was very very bad food.

I try to avoid posting bad reviews because I sometimes wonder if it was just my preference or a one off. In this case, it was both objectively so bad, and I see a trend of reviews reporting the same. I’m not just trying to hate, I genuinely hope someone can incorporate this feedback to improve. I suggest you look elsewhere. I’m usually on top of comparing ubereats reviews to Google reviews but failed to do so this time. Out $40 for it. Look elsewhere

This place is a joke. I keep trying to stop in to get a meal to go. When you walk in the door you are blocked from proceeding any further into the restaurant. You have to shout your to go order to the man at the register who does not understand English and cannot understand what you are ordering. The whole experience is so bad I've never even gotten to taste the food. I've given them two opportunities and will never return

I ordered from a different restaurant that turned out to be this one (ghost kitchen) . Food was inedible. I made a request to GrubHub for a refund and they won't give it to me. My food container arrived broken, the chicken was overcooked and tasteless. I gagged just looking at it/ smelling it. This place needs to close down ASAP.
How do you make sesame chicken without sesame's number one, and number two, how does it turn gelatinous???? I have never tasted chinese like this. Threw it in the trash.

By far this was the worst food I've ever had in my life from an Chinese restaurant. And like a lot of people I have had a lot of Chinese food in my lifetime. I purchased combo fried rice, General Tso's chicken, sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls and everything but the egg rolls was just terrible. I have two Chinese restaurants right across the street from my house and they are my go to. I was very upset that the food tasted so Bland and I paid $60 for food that I could have ordered from my nearby Chinese restaurant and would have been greatly satisfied. I tried to give Sam's Cafe a chance and I got burned never again will I buy any food from this establishment or recommend it to anyone else! Just outright terrible!
Never in my life have I been duped like I just was with believing the lies told on the UberEat reviews for this place. This is by far, not only the worst Chinese food I’ve had, but the worst food I’ve ever eaten period. There’s no way the people saying it’s good are human. Please stay far away from this place. The orange chicken tastes like an actual fast pass to food posing. The chicken wings were overcooked and had a weird distribution of seasoning. Pay the few extra dollars and get something better.

The is the absolute worst Chinese food I’ve ever seen/eaten in my entire life, the orange chicken are basically Tyson dyno nuggets with watery flavorless orange sauce, the wings where over cooked and dry. DONT ever order here, these people need to be stopped at all cost, they are a cancer to the community!

Uber Eats shows 4.8 stars with 25,000+ reviews. I can only assume this place somehow used bots to get a rating like that because it was undoubtedly the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten.
The chicken Lo Mein was utterly flavorless. It was like eating air, except with a slightly different texture. The double cooked pork dish tasted absolutely nothing like any other double cooked pork I’ve ever eaten in my life. It tasted like shame and Tabasco sauce. Even the sweat & sour sauce I got to dip my crab rangoons in was somehow bad. It was like red flavored water. Not sure what red tastes like but my guess is that’s pretty close. This food was just so unbelievably bad.
EDIT: Ok I had to come back on here and add to my review. How do they even manage to ruin the fortune cookie? I’m not sure it was even a real one. I think I got the display one that’s made of cardboard.
