The cafe needs to get their act together. They are always out of something. Today it was knives, and the drink lids do not fit and simply fall off and cause spillage. Often they are slow unprepared

The member service rep.at the front door was very nasty attitude I like shopping at Sam's and I do believe if employees doesn't want to come to work they should stay at home rather to come to work and take it out on the customers

Everything was perfect. They finally had the Sargento snacks today. These are my favorite snacks with the cheese, almonds and cranberries. Finally, I wish they would restock them much faster because I went two months without them.

I love this store but its staff gives much to ask many are racist today at the entrance in front of us was an American who did not ask for his card to enter and us if why after leaving the same lady called Barbara in front of the shopping cart very arrogant I hope to change that attitude to all of us ask for the card equally

Been Going downhill since opening!! Hate all the self checkouts! I don’t work for Sam’s and each one of those takes two jobs away! Costco is a much better place and pay/treat their employee’s well! FAR BETTER SERVICE AND HIGHER CALIBER STAFF @ COSTCO! NO SELF CHECKOUTS.
