I was checked out for a couple slices of pizza and waited for a while to the side. The lady working had quite the attitude and had left after helping other people, leaving another lady all alone working orders until she brought a boy to help. After that she walked away. I thought she would serve me or tell someone because there was clearly slices still left in the glass window of the pizzas. The boy then checked out some people in line and IMMEDIATELY SERVED THEM!! After that there wasn’t any more pizza set out, making me wait longer. Lady eventually came bad with a nasty attitude and clearly seemed to be having some fun with something. I know other people were extremely upset at behavior.

White lady working counter denied to serve us a Berry Sundae because they were “out of ice cream” about 20 minutes ago. Since then, we have seen at least 4 sundaes be served including at least 1 berry sundae. It feels almost discriminatory the action as she has also been clearly seen complying with a bad attitude. Along with this, she only checked a few of us out before leaving without notifying ANYONE. This caused multiple of us to not receive our food and the guy who took over register after her would immediately serve everyone he checked out, causing a lot of frustration to those of us waiting for our 1-2 slices while people after us would receive their slices.

How sad that I can’t shop before 10:00 a.m just because I don’t want to pay an additional $35/year premium on top of my membership. Shame on you Sam’s. Not only are you going to lose a member but your store is going to stay empty in the morning because you guys are greedy!

SAMs has turned Into a bottom line store. Long long waits to check out if you want service. One person in customer service area right now (and always). There are 9 people ahead of me. There are never people to help on the floor. It’s time to cancel and move to Costco.
