Adam his service is excellent—you definitely have to seek him out. He also maintains a constant smile and a warm, enthusiastic attitude.
The valet service was completely incompetent. We drove all the way from Fulshear to celebrate our anniversary and birthday dinner, only to end up taking an Uber home because they damaged the button that controls the vehicle. What made it worse was their total lack of accountability—they offered no support or responsibility for what happened. They also park vehicles so close to each other that whilst opening the door one could end up ruining the other vehicle next to it due to its proximity. They ended up scratching the back of the vehicle too. This is just horrible as we had to incur cost for towing the car and to the get it fixed .
It turned into one of the worst nights I’ve experienced, and my birthday plans were completely ruined. I deeply regret my husband choosing this restaurant. On top of everything, the food options were extremely limited—only about 3–4 choices like hummus, burgers, and pizza, which was very disappointing.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re planning to drive a nice vehicle there.

Great upscale cocktail bar with an intimate, exclusive feel. The drinks are beautifully crafted, and the food menu is simple but delicious and elevated. Happy hour has a wonderful atmosphere that feels relaxed and private. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.

Went here on a Thursday night. Loved the ambiance. The decor was very fancy and eclectic. The Dj was playing house music. The bartenders concocted some very interesting and beautiful drinks. I will definetly be back soon.

The vibes are unmatched, super fun place, Andrew’s awesome, we had Caleb as our bartender, also super cool guy, the drinks are good, the patio is great. Honestly a great place to network and unwind when you get off work

The food and atmosphere was great. I was disappointed with the service at the bar. They were not attentive and I believe that is because they are guaranteed a 20% gratuity. Also one bartender was vaping behind the bar.

This place is extremely homophobic and makes no sense. We are in the United States — there should not be discrimination in this day and age. I tried to enter with my friend and her boyfriend, and I was denied entry simply because I didn’t have a female partner with me. What kind of rule is that? Completely unacceptable.

Santé completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is stunning dim lighting, elegant decor, and such a sophisticated vibe without feeling pretentious. It’s the perfect balance of upscale and inviting.
The cocktails are beautifully crafted and clearly made with intention. You can tell the bartenders actually care about what they’re serving everything was balanced, smooth, and presented perfectly. It’s not just drinks, it’s an experience.
The service was attentive without being overwhelming, and the energy throughout the night was just right lively, but still intimate enough to have real conversations. Whether you’re going for a date night, girls’ night, or celebrating something special, Santé sets the tone.
Definitely one of the best cocktail lounges in Houston. I’ll absolutely be back.
This place is absolute trash and needs to be shut down. The arrogance of the staff baffled me more than anything. I am a long time Houstonian and have experienced many upscale lounges and bars around the area but have never experienced such disrespect and sloppiness as this place. First of all, pulling in, the valet had us waiting in a line out in the street for 20 minutes and when we pulled up there was no greeting whatsoever they just rushed to get the keys. Once inside the lobby my husband and I wanted to come here for a anniversary celebration but we were told to wait for 45 minutes standing in the lobby. I was wearing LB heels and a Prada dress but we were made to stand in a dark corner although we had paid for reservations for a table a week prior. Once inside, the atmosphere seemed cheap and fake. There was someone prancing around playing a fake fiddle and the table we got seated at was wobbling. The bartenders were clearly intoxicated because I had to have my drink remade twice and wait over 15 minutes each time. The ice cream caviar was melted. I noticed lots of intoxicated people revealing themselves and getting attention while newcomers were asked to sit in the back shadows and treated as an afterthought. My husband tips generously but on his own accord so we were insulted when on top of everything else the server kept the cash on top of the tip he left on our bill. I don't know who runs this place but it needs to be shut down immediatley. I never write reviews let alone bad ones but something seriously needs to be done here.

If you live in Houston, you know what the 2026 Valentine’s Day storms did to traffic.
I made a 9:00 PM reservation at Santé. I live in Fulshear. I booked a car service to get us there safely. Major storms rolled in. Traffic was gridlocked across the city. We arrived at 9:22 PM. Seven minutes past their grace window (which I totally acknowledged, but under the circumstances, I would expect a bit more understanding and compassion, especially on Valentine’s Day).
The host met (not greeted), us at the door and told us our table was given away. I explained I had called twice. No answer, no attempt to work with us despite a citywide weather event (I showed them my phone logs where I called twice, but the staff was dismissive and rude).
Their solution:
• Wait until 10:30 something will open up.
• Stand at the bar and “take a look around”.
• Or, leave and forfeit the $100 deposit.
After planning. After booking a car service. After calling ahead. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was embarrassing. It was dismissive. It showed zero customer focus.
They kept the $100 deposit because they could not answer their phone and would not extend seven minutes during a major storm.
If you value:
• Basic hospitality.
• Communication.
• Accountability.
• Respect for your time and money.
Choose another bar. Houston has plenty of places that understand service. Santé is not one of them.
Spend your money where it is appreciated.

If you want a horrible night, come here. They didn’t tell us that there was a 90 minute maximum and they asked us to leave after our 90 minutes were over. We were still eating and drinking and they literally kicked us out.

I am still furious thinking about what happened here. This place showed a shocking lack of judgment, safety, and basic human decency. We were by the DJ, minding our own business, dancing, when a clearly drunk woman came into our space, aggressively flipping her hair onto us and dancing on the wall right next to us. Completely unprovoked, she suddenly turned to my friend and began screaming at her. My friend tried to de escalate she laughed it off and turned away. Instead of backing off, the woman continued pushing herself onto my friend, escalating the situation. When my sister stepped in to move the drunk woman away and protect us, security immediately grabbed my sister and threw her out, claiming she “shoved” the woman. Meanwhile, the actual aggressor the drunk woman who started everything was allowed to stay inside. Let that sink in. A man physically removed a woman in her 20s and left her alone on the street, without bothering to ask what happened, while keeping the intoxicated instigator inside. That is not protection. That is negligence. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was a blatant failure of judgment and a terrifying display of who this place chooses to punish. No concern for safety. No fairness. No accountability. Just instant blame on the wrong person. I’ve never felt so angry, unsafe, and disrespected in my life. Sante does not protect its guests it throws them out when they’re the ones being harassed. If you value safety or basic respect, stay far away
I had such a great experience here last night! The atmosphere was so chill but vibrant, and the music was fantastic. The drinks were incredible! I got to try several cocktails, and there was one special drink with a fire trick that was just mesmerizing. You can tell they really put care into every detail. The DJ was amazing, and the food was out of this world! Especially the flatbread and the caviar avocado dip. We went for Galentine’s, and it was the perfect spot. It was great for talking, dancing, and just having fun. I highly recommend it!

I would strongly recommend Individuals to avoid Sante Houston based on our most recent experience. We went last week, and it was required that we purchased bottle service for our party. Very much overpriced, slow service, and others were able to get in and order at the bar without the outrageous pricing. One individual in the party left his sport coat there when we left. Immediately called the next day when they opened and was told they had it and would hold it until we could pick it up. Called today to make sure that they would be open so we could pick up the jacket, and the manager told us it was now missing. Missing???? This is really unfortunate when we were told it was in their possession and being held for pick up. You would think that a place like this would certainly have a secure area for things that guests have mistakenly left behind. It’s really disappointing. This is a nice place, but there are so many more better options in Houston offering better service, a better experience, and a much lower price point. It’s sad that this establishment Doesn’t know how to operate in a professional manner.
