I would strongly recommend Individuals to avoid Sante Houston based on our most recent experience. We went last week, and it was required that we purchased bottle service for our party. Very much overpriced, slow service, and others were able to get in and order at the bar without the outrageous pricing.
One individual in the party left his sport coat there when we left. Immediately called the next day when they opened and was told they had it and would hold it until we could pick it up. Called today to make sure that they would be open so we could pick up the jacket, and the manager told us it was now missing. Missing???? This is really unfortunate when we were told it was in their possession and being held for pick up. You would think that a place like this would certainly have a secure area for things that guests have mistakenly left behind. It’s really disappointing.
This is a nice place, but there are so many more better options in Houston offering better service, a better experience, and a much lower price point. It’s sad that this establishment Doesn’t know how to operate in a professional manner.

The place is nice but the flatbread was awful just way too much cheese. The menu selection was strange to me, either you pay $24 for flatbread or $200 for caviar nothing in between? Im unsure I would go back.

Came here to Santé with my best friend and we had so much fun. We sat out on the patio and inside. I didn’t get any photos from inside but the drinks and food were good. They have heaters outside for when it gets cold. Definitely come by here for vibes and drinks

I had a really disappointing experience. I reserved the Verde rooms and paid a deposit, but when we arrived we were told those rooms were closed and were seated by the DJ booth instead. After about an hour and a half, staff asked us to move for another party. The manager said there was a 90-minute limit, which I never saw when booking, and the only place he pointed us to was a tiny spot by the bar with no real seating. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.
The refund and new charge were also confusing, and instead of handling it automatically they came back asking us to pay again. On top of that, a fight broke out between two ladies. Management seemed very inexperienced and just there for the money with no real hospitality experience.
It was a really upsetting situation and I just wish I hadn’t chosen this place to celebrate my birthday. I wouldn’t recommend it. The lounge at March offers far better service, drinks, and atmosphere. I hope places like Sante don't last.

Great spot to grab drinks and enjoy the night. It is really cool bar with an amazing atmosphere. The inside looks incredible dim lighting, great decor, and a stylish vibe that makes it a fun place to hang out. The drinks were very well made and tasted great. Hidden gem
The bartender overcharged me for one Old Fashioned. The menu price was $16, but I was charged $39 for a mezcal (Ilegal Mezcal) Old Fashioned. When I asked about it, the bartender said it was because they added gratuity — but no bar or restaurant should ever be adding something that looks like 150% gratuity. I’d be very careful with this place. The vibe is great, but the staff takes advantage of customers, and it ruined what had been a fun night. I wish I had taken his picture so others would know who to avoid.
