We were in the Woodlands for a business trip and decided to visit Kirby's Icehouse. The bar did not have food but we found this amazing food truck in the open air area of the bar. We ordered and pepperoni pizza and it was prepared freshly and came out amazing. I am not usually a fan of food trucks but this one blew me away. Great job!!!

These guys are great! The pizza is fantasic; evenly cooked with excellent topping dispersion across the top. They're always at Eureka Heights on Wednesdays for the Trivia night there which hits the spot after some of those great beers. The MVP is my go to. When they're busy, stay patient, the wait is worth it.

Cool concept w a mobile brick oven. Pizza itself is excellent. Prices are super fair. Probably sucks if you are 80th in line for a pizza at a busy spot, but the food itself gets 5 stars from me. Better than a number of the brick and mortars around here.

I was told it would take 30 min to an hour. I went to get an ETA since an hour pass and they didn’t want to give me one. If they can’t keep up with demand at Eureka then stop taking orders. Ridiculous!!

The pizza we ordered was not as expected. There was half crust and half toppings and the toppings were so sparse it was really disappointing. It was not worth the money. I would not order again.
