Great service

AAA+ Shop, staff and food truck. It's the best black owned vegan company in the Houston area. The truck on Alameda needs a map location so I can give them 5 stars also. Found them on IG a few years ago and frequently visit any time I can. Worth every penny!

I wish the food was as good as the service! (Low quality burger and fries: idk about any other food offered) Everyone was very nice but who wouldn't be while charging way too much for everything. I do not see it as a sustainable long term business strategy so I hope they lower their prices to hopefully grow/expand! These prices were worse than stadiums or theme parks which at least offer somewhere to sit! In conclusion, did not slap!

I have been supporting this business for a while and lately every time that I visit I find myself asking why do I still support. The food is inconsistent. Everything is fried in the same fryer. The fries are now fried fries because they usually have mushroom batter on them. I am a foodie and the last straw was me buying a $27 sandwich that barely had any mushrooms and the fries were covered in batter. If I'm paying $27 for a sandwich you all can at least provide a bag to take it to go. Everything is over $10 and you all can't provide a to-go bag even when purchasing more than 3 items. Please be consistent in your delivery and service.

Best customer service ? worth the drive

The food was amazing! Me and two others approached the truck when there was no line. We have never been here before so took about 10 minutes to get our order together before we went up to the window to order. The service we got was awful, we felt uncomfortable asking questions and were shocked at the attitude that the window person was giving. He was clearly annoyed that we didn’t know they were out of certain item, clearly annoyed when we asked to do $80 in cash and the rest on our card, and even more annoyed that when we found more cash he had to give us change. We were so excited about this vegan bbq truck and so annoyed by the time we got our food.

The Philly “steak and cheese” was perfectly seasoned, with plenty of sautéed onion & peppers and topped with a rich, velvety cheese sauce. Ample portion served on a big, tasty bun. And the service was friendly and timely. Very nice set up....can’t wait to go back.
