Top notch caterer. I've worked in fine dining for most of my career and it's not easy to do great food at scale. This was very professional with beautiful plating, sophisticated flavors, and clean execution. Chef Robbie is creative and works hard to understand what you are looking for. With each of our events with him, he has made it clear he wanted to make the special impact we were looking for.
We hired Chef Robbie for a team building cooking event…Iron Chef style! This was such a fantastic event. The ingredients were top notch, the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for, etc. I am not a cook by any means, but Chef Robbie was able to show us different ways to cook foods and use our knives. It was a great experience and we would definitely go back!
Robbie and his amazing team put together the most amazing chef’s table experience for my birthday for a group of 6 couples. The food was creative and delicious but also approachable. The set up worked perfectly for mingling between courses. My kitchen was also left cleaner than how they found it! Highly recommend!
