Used to be known as La Baleada; now under new management it’s called Sazón Catracho. Many other reviews have said this is one of the top Honduran spots in Houston. While I can’t say I have tried other Honduran spots, the food from this place was incredible. It’s small, but you can tell this restaurant has the small establishment heart that delivers on authentic food. On top of that, it’s very affordable and the servers are friendly.

We went the first time to try the seasoning and wow!!! One of the only places that offer homemade seasoning!!! But I said let's see if things change, and we went with more friends, since what was promised is a debt!!! And another delicious one!!! Omgggggg!!!! Mirna and her crew makes the BEST BALLEADAS EVER!!! You definitely want to go give them a try!! They are from Tela Honduras ?? my family is from Olancho, Juticalpa Arimis!!!This food reminds me of my families cooking you will be glad you wentBuen provecho VOY yummy
