The Hispanic ladies were very rude to me and did not speak up when I asked about a combo deal she just shook her head. I asked the cashier where to order and she pointed to the end which then the server walked away to the back as I approached her. The cashier waited a few minutes for her to come back, then rolled her eyes as she did it herself. I paid more than I should have for paying for everything separately. On another week, my mom ordered and had no problem with the same ladies. They must've had a problem with me expecting me to speak Spanish because my mom must've ordered in Spanish. Regardless, it was unwelcoming and I was going to get Sbarro again that week but then saw them there again and opted for Chick-fil-A.

I bought a Stromboli but it was raw in the middle . No problem these things happen, but they looked at me like it was my fault. The head cook said ok would you like a pizza instead sure. Then the cashier who was a female was making jokes I know some Spanish so ……….Work on your servers customer service and mannerisms. Won’t be back!

Customer service was very bad, smart remarks when a simple question was asked . Not friendly to the people before nor after my order . Do not recommend . The food was not cooked all the way and when I asked to put in the warmer / fire I was told to take it as is or order from somewhere else . Not pleased . I work in the mall and this was my first and last visit .

Just go away already. Why did you come back??? Embarrassing the pizza by the slice world. Not sure what I was thinking when I decided to try it again after all these years of them disappearing. Either make a good pie or beat it. Seriously. Not good. I gave the food to stars because it was at least edible.

We were tempted to taste the pasta here after looking at others having this jumbo pizza at Galleria. We got one piece to just the taste of it and I must say the pizza was good. The base was really soft but tasted a little bland for out taste buds.
