Customer service was very bad, smart remarks when a simple question was asked . Not friendly to the people before nor after my order . Do not recommend . The food was not cooked all the way and when I asked to put in the warmer / fire I was told to take it as is or order from somewhere else . Not pleased . I work in the mall and this was my first and last visit .

Just go away already. Why did you come back??? Embarrassing the pizza by the slice world. Not sure what I was thinking when I decided to try it again after all these years of them disappearing. Either make a good pie or beat it. Seriously. Not good. I gave the food to stars because it was at least edible.

We were tempted to taste the pasta here after looking at others having this jumbo pizza at Galleria. We got one piece to just the taste of it and I must say the pizza was good. The base was really soft but tasted a little bland for out taste buds.

Watered down pasta. Really watered down pasta not worthy of eating. Pizza is still lower in quality expected from this kind of establishment. Just go somewhere else.

Gotta love It! Every time I see a Sbarro I have to grab an overpriced slice of cheese pizza. The people here were friendly and service is prompt.

My son worked there and they won't pay him his earnings. The manager told him unless he gets the 20 dollars he loaned him for bus fare hes not getting his check. I didn't think this happened in the galleria its been a whole month still no check. Young people im sorry about our poor owners and management team at this place.

Visiting from Colorado, I love this pizza place out here. The lady at the counter looked very unhappy to be there, the pizza was alright, but I am more concerned about the customer service, when employees are paid right and taken care of they do not act the way this lady did. She was not happy to be working for this establishment, all I can say is that I hope this Sbarro is giving employees a reason to be happy at work. I was very polite, regardless of the cashiers rudeness. I couldn’t help but feel bad for her. 1 star because this place should strive to make employees happy to work there.
