Picked up Turkey Original which is sliced in half .. but as soon as I unwrapped sandwich both halves of bun were broke in middle of bun ( don't know why as I had just got it) and it was almost impossible to pick up. One very small piece of pastrami and turkey and full of lettuce . Whoever made this sandwich did not do a good job whatsoever. Being that it was falling apart I couldn't finish it.

Don't order from this store. They keep ignoring order notes and this has happened twice now. I'm sure the staff is not focused or motivated to do what's required . I'm aware that the management will ignore this review but I tried my best.

Love this place. The sandwiches are amazing. Love their customer service and how fast they are at the drive thru. I haven’t tried anything else besides the sandwiches but I am sure everything else should be good. They are a bit on the pricey side but the quality of the food makes it worth it. If you were to go to subway you’ll be paying about the same and their quality isn’t as great as here.

After trying, and failing, FOUR times to get an online order to placed through the Schlotzsky's app, my daughter went in person. The employee would not accept my phone number for a reward and asked for a code (which isn't provided because it is point based). The app wouldn't work and the employee was so rude (and incorrect about a code), that we aren't having Schlotzsky's today....

We love stopping by Schlotzsky's after doctor appointments, it's conveniently located and always a great experience. The store is consistently clean, the food is fresh, and the service is quick and friendly. We usually order through the app for even faster pickup, which makes everything super easy.
Everything we’ve tried has been delicious, but the Strawberry Chicken Salad is a standout, fresh, flavorful, and huge (I can never finish it in one sitting). The flatbreads are also excellent and always perfectly made.
Highly recommend this location for a quick, satisfying meal with great service.

Service is so slow during lunch. I'm never coming to this location on my lunch break again. How long does it really take to put together a sandwich? I'm not ordering some hard French cuisine. I sat there in the lobby for 26 minutes. My break was for 30 smh. Never coming back
Food was delicious! The service was really good. They delivered the food to me and picked up my mess after i was done. Made me feel like I was at a sit down restaurant. No fast food joint here. Great place for lunch!

Pulled up to the drive-thru and saw signs posted on the menu. We went to the window to order two cinnamon rolls, but Sarai opened it looking irritated and rudely said they don’t take orders there. She told us to come inside, where she took her time and was just as unfriendly. The store only had one other customer, so her attitude was surprising. When I asked for the manager’s name and number, she said it was Amber but wouldn’t give the number. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered Strawberry Chicken Salad. I get this salad all the time at the location intersection of hwy 8 tollway and Interstate 45. However this location the salad was barely edible. The strawberries are slimy and mushy. Picked them out. The croutons are not the Schlotzsky's ones. It came in Styrofoam container that gave me maybe about 60% of what I normally get and this is not a cheap salad. Today my stomach was queasy because of my migraine and this was the only thing that sounded good. I'm not eating it. I got about 3 bites in and just couldn't do it. Very disappointed. The menu outside was taped together. I had to gain the attention of the staff in the drive through b4 they knew I was there after about 3-4 minutes. The lady was very nice but the restaurant not impressed one bit. Never going back to that one.
