They took my original receipt and disappeared in the back. I was given a reprinted copy which didn’t have the barcode for my points. Then they lied and said this location does not do points anymore, I could only get points from this store if “maybe” I ordered online.

They could not explain why my receipt asked me to join the rewards program if they no longer did it at this location.

It appears the cashier is stealing the original receipts and keeping the points for themselves.

This occurred 12/11/24 at about 315pm.

The manager at this store is an old asian bigoted woman, she's very rude to her customers and treats them like they're a nuisance. If you have an outside water bottle, she'll ask you to leave, as I saw her do to one customer. If you're sitting at a table without food, she'll tell you, "...you can go". I place my order on the app for points, since they don't have a working scanner to read the app and she did this too me. I got that vibe that she thought i was riff raff to her. This brings me to an even larger problem, this location seems to just not care.

There's a gnat problem that's been there every time I've ever been there on and off over the weeks. They don't seem to care, when I told them about it, I was told corporate won't send Ecolab or some pest company. This may seem to be the case, theirs mildewy tile on the ceiling, the soda fountain is never clean and works poorly, often struggles to hold and put out ice. The gnat problem is all over the soda fountain and specifically the lemonade fountain, I wouldn't recommend anyone ever getting a drink there. The gnats are basically living inside the machine and nozzles.

The food is the only positive about this place but you really have to question how clean this place is with the gnat problem. Another bad sign is often I see they have a fan running in the kitchen, this is bad because it shows they have problems with their air conditioning and needing to have the back kitchen door open, a fan running makes me question if theyre able to keep food at proper temp.

This is a long review but some of the cashiers are sweet and give good service, the food isn't bad, I like their app and promos. I hope they can just turn things around and you should just know what you're walking into.

The service was nice. I went through five through was very fast. Order a large and was surprised that it was basically an extra large. But sadly the potato soup is basically potato water with a few chunks of potato in it. And the bread is kind of weird it actually is sharp and cut my gums I've never had bread do that before lol but the sandwich was really good. It all tastes good but I'll be back for another turkey sandwich!

I ordered an original and it had no cheese on it. When it came I picked it up and it dripped water. I guess it was from the lettuce. We were the only customers and evey table was dirty. When I went up to ask her if my original sandwich have cheese? She didn't answer me but she rang something on the register. I thought maybe she was going to give me a refund, but she didn't.

I don’t normally write reviews but this was a horrible experience! Store would not take code even thou it’s valid from app. Guy at register was very nice and helpful! But manager/owner was not helpful at all and customer service was very poor and rude will not come back! Lost customer due to poor service and not accepting legit coupon. Worst experience ever at restaurant!

Avoid this location. They clearly have personnel issues. Took forever to get food... had to leave without it. I had ordered on the app and by the time I got there they still hadn't started on it. Then it took 2+ weeks to get my money back.

This was the last place on my list to ever eat as I prefer sandwiches from like firehouse. The overall experience Ryan and his crew gave me made me regret not coming here sooner.
At first greet, Ryan let me know the avocados weren’t ripe when I had ordered a turkey avocado sandwich. He didn’t want me to get the sandwich and suffer through hard avocados. I thanked him for his honesty and decided on the turkey bacon club. Bread was delicious and soft, meat was great, cheese was delicious and the lettuce wasn’t brown or soggy. In the time I was here Ryan gave amazing customer service, just from the initial greet my mood positively changed. I wasn’t having the best day and he totally just made me forget of how bad of a day it was with his kindness. I loved how happy he was to just take care of me and the rest of the customers around too. He is truly happy to do what he does and I’m very happy that there’s still people in customer service jobs out there who value that. Frickin amazing job Ryan and I hope the best for you.
Edit: I looked around and the place was pretty clean, just the ceiling tiles as others mentioned would need to be replaced but other than that, quiet chill and good atmosphere
