I have nothing against this location. It was clean and organized. My rating is low because after I told one of the employees thank you she called me a b word under her breath for no reason and had an attitude when I gave her my order. I was polite and nice the whole time.

Schlotzsky's is one of my go-to sandwich spots for lunch, and this location has never let me down. Not all Schlotzsky's are built the same. This particular chain is clean, friendly staffed, has a good vibe, and the food is made with attention and care.Some of the other locations I've noticed were a bit dirty, staff was very unattentive, and the food looked like it was thrown together. Not this one!I always go for turkey original combos with a side of tomato basil soup, they have plenty of seating, and the self-serve stations are always clean and filled with product. I usually dine in and relax for a while and enjoy my lunch here. Shout out to the owners and the team at this location!Parking: No issues with parking.

I ordered a gluten free sandwich. I was informed it only came in a small size. Every single location I've ever been to has one size of gluten free bun. However, if you order a medium or large, they will add more meat to the sandwich. I told her I wanted a medium and she told me there would be an upcharge for extra meat. I explained to her how it is at every other location and she informed me that this store doesn't do that. I asked to speak to the manager, but she claimed she couldn't find him.
Wednesday's are two for one Pizza combos. Eat one take one for later. Can't beat that deal?

Always do my order exactly as I want it. It's hot and ready to go when I get there sometimes. It takes a couple minutes but it is a bake sandwich that's still around really.

We went with the whole family and had a great experience! The customer service is awesome since they were very polite and the food is always great and fresh.We ordered a few Original sandwiches and some kids pizzas and there was nothing to take home since we finish it all. The restrooms were also clean and the atmosphere is definitely family-friendly.Highly recommended!Vegetarian options: They have veggie pizzas and veggie sandwiches.Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of options for kids from cheese pizzas to chicken sandwiches.Parking: There is lots of parking since it is shared with other businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: We saw a gentleman in a wheelchair and he had no problems getting and out of the restaurant.Dietary restrictions: They have many options for people that have dietary restrictions like gluten-free for one of our kids.
