they charge for using the app I would be cool with it if the app worked 95% of the time instead of five can't redeem points and every time you try to look in the sides it glitches out

I came in last night for a pick up order. I got home to find out an item was missing. I called and spoke with Fernando. Explaining I couldn’t come back in as I was on my lunch break but I could come tomorrow. Today Fernando went above and beyond to ensure I’d be a repeat customer and trust me I will. Thank you

This is the BEST location! Our office is right around the corner from this Schlotskys so we go for lunch very often. The staff is always very nice and friendly, the food is consistently fresh and great quality, and the restaurant is VERY clean and neat!!! EXCELLENT IN SO MANY WAYS!
Can't cut a pizza. Had to rip it apart. Was horrible!!

One of the worst sandwiches I ever had. It was all bread literally had like four slices of meat on it and I actually counted 15 pieces of sauerkraut wow what a gyp spent that much money on a sandwich that it was bread I will never go here again. Update Took two bites, and had to throw the sandwich away. The meat was so salty it was un edible.

The food was not good. I got a turkey avocado sandwich, the avocado was brown so was the lettuce. My loaded potato soup was so thick that it wasn’t enjoyable. The worst thing were the amount of fruit flys around us while eating. The manger was nice but other staff had an attitude. Don’t recommend going there.
