I ordered tortilla soup online. When I got there I was told there was no tortilla soup. No big deal… I just need a refund. They said I couldn’t get a refund. I had to do it on the app. That makes no sense and surprise… there is no way to request a refund on the app. Also I ordered an Avocado Turkey sandwich and got NO avocado! So basically I spent $16 on nothing!

I ordered lunch here. I got the Pick 2 deal, half a pastrami rueben and a cup of potato soup. I already made it to work and I noticed I don't have my soup. My pastrami rueben only had pastrami meat and cheese, when it comes with sauerkrout and 1000 island dressing as well. It's only my first time, but I am definitely put off. I'd say make sure to check your own order for accuracy if you go here.

It was perfect I got my sandwich on time everything was made correctly I wanted extra meat but I didn't have the meet I wanted that they just doubled Doubled the roast beef that I had originally ordered I don't know why you can't order a double meat when you go to add

They always do a great job and are friendly and fairly fast given the number of people they have to serve. My takeout orders always arrive on time and there are never any issues.

They need staff overhaul! Ordered Fresh Veggie sandwiches and literally had nearly ZERO veggies. It was bread with cheese and minimal lettuce.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered two turkey bacon clubs, one all the way. That one came out fine. But my second was “meat and cheese only.” When I said that, I was asked “you mean you don’t want bacon?” Um. Bacon is meat. I said yes I want bacon, no veggies or sauce. When I got my sandwich I didn’t have time to check in store before getting back to work. Guess what I found? No bacon. And my sandwich was full of onions, which I’m allergic to so I can’t even eat it. This location sucks and I will not be coming back.

Pay a lot, get even less.On a larger sandwich, looked like they just took the quantity from the smaller sandwich and spread it around thinner on a bigger bun. So what I got was a lot of bread, very little meat, and almost no vegetables. Also, the order was wrong. I asked for a couple of very simple customizations, they forgot. I was the ONLY person in the entire store, they were standing around, not like they were busy, no excuse. The most pathetic sandwich and expensive too. Avoid!
