I will not be back. We came for happy hour. The bang bang shrimp had WAY too much breading. We ordered the Mac and cheese balls but after 35 minutes of waiting we were told "they ran out". We were 1 of 2 tables in the entire establishment at 7pm on Friday after Thanksgiving. I call BS. It was never prepped in the first place. Empty plates and cups sat on the table and never cleared up until we left.

Worst place ever!!!! Cars are stolen very often, such a loud noise you can’t even hear what the waitress say. Already 4th gun shot accidents happened I passed by. This place isn’t safe.

Came back even worst than before smh. Still unprofessional and trash attitudes. You must have to have a certain status to book here. No one responds back but they advertise all day long.

The food and atmosphere was great! The waitress service was ok. I think she could have been better at providing great customer service.

I booked a section for 12 people this past Sunday, and it was surprisingly slow with only a couple of other tables. Unfortunately, Seaside has a pattern of advertising specials that aren’t honored upon arrival. I had paid for a section, expecting a mimosa tower to be included, but it wasn’t. The advertised BOGO bottles also weren’t available.

The manager’s demeanor was disappointing; he didn’t treat us like paying customers. In fact, the waitress apologized for his behavior, which was unprofessional, sassy, and impatient. He wasn’t even present for the first hour of our reservation, and nobody could tell us where he was.

The core issue wasn't just the false advertising or poor treatment—it was that our group of 15 ended up leaving early. It’s frustrating when a business doesn’t honor its own promotions or provide decent service. I’ve always enjoyed Seaside and visited regularly, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. While our waitress, Allison, was kind, she was uninformed and couldn’t help us with the issues we faced. Seaside isn’t the same place it used to be. I went to The Address with my party and had a fantastic birthday experience.

This is a must go to for happy hour!! The prices are unbeatable, the decor is really nice. The food & drinks was so on point and the ambience was unmatched. It’s was definitely our type of party! Can’t wait to revisit this spot!

Place is fine, similar to anywhere else in Houston. Do not park on the side across from the townhomes. My car got broken into. The lady who lived across said 40+ cars get broken into every weekend. If you do go, pay for parking!
