Don’t recommend this place as they seem to think it’s okay for their employees to physically assault women. I was on my bike alone/lost from my group I was with. This is where the first exit took me and I saw a parked car, I parked behind the parked vehicle which was a navy blue Buick.. I was only trying to map myself back to where I needed to go and was trying to gather a route before I got back on the highway.. as I was doing so, one of the male employees approached me aggressively asking me to move my bike and I explained that I couldn’t because I didn’t know where I was going and just needed a moment to gather myself. Another female employee instructed me to just move toward and I did but I couldn’t move too much as there was a parked car in front of me. He accused me of being in the way of cars coming in but I wasn’t blocking the entrance at all. He proceeded to screen at me and call me names. As things got more heated he struck me in my face with my helmet on which busted my lip… Seaside please do better.
I have never been but I am a Houstoning born n raised so I know it is has a great atmosphere just by looking at da videos n pics!
Went during happy hour wasn’t too crowded. Was a whole vibe tho & food was 10/10 shrimp& snow crab leg platter Mac& chesse bussin ! Jaz was our waitress she was great !
I will not be back. We came for happy hour. The bang bang shrimp had WAY too much breading. We ordered the Mac and cheese balls but after 35 minutes of waiting we were told "they ran out". We were 1 of 2 tables in the entire establishment at 7pm on Friday after Thanksgiving. I call BS. It was never prepped in the first place. Empty plates and cups sat on the table and never cleared up until we left.

Worst place ever!!!! Cars are stolen very often, such a loud noise you can’t even hear what the waitress say. Already 4th gun shot accidents happened I passed by. This place isn’t safe.

Came back even worst than before smh. Still unprofessional and trash attitudes. You must have to have a certain status to book here. No one responds back but they advertise all day long.

The food and atmosphere was great! The waitress service was ok. I think she could have been better at providing great customer service.

I booked a section for 12 people this past Sunday, and it was surprisingly slow with only a couple of other tables. Unfortunately, Seaside has a pattern of advertising specials that aren’t honored upon arrival. I had paid for a section, expecting a mimosa tower to be included, but it wasn’t. The advertised BOGO bottles also weren’t available.
The manager’s demeanor was disappointing; he didn’t treat us like paying customers. In fact, the waitress apologized for his behavior, which was unprofessional, sassy, and impatient. He wasn’t even present for the first hour of our reservation, and nobody could tell us where he was.
The core issue wasn't just the false advertising or poor treatment—it was that our group of 15 ended up leaving early. It’s frustrating when a business doesn’t honor its own promotions or provide decent service. I’ve always enjoyed Seaside and visited regularly, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. While our waitress, Allison, was kind, she was uninformed and couldn’t help us with the issues we faced. Seaside isn’t the same place it used to be. I went to The Address with my party and had a fantastic birthday experience.
