Very rude “management” talked on the phone with an attitude and then hung up on me. Not professional. Will never go here and will advise people not to go either.

From the moment Angela greeted us until we said our goodbyes our experience was like no other! The food was savory and perfectly cooked and plated. The gumbo is a “must have”. Should you have a salad don’t miss their house blue cheese vinaigrette! We shared an out of this world bread pudding with whiskey sauce and a dense intensely flavored chocolate mousse pudding. This small quaint venue embraces you as you enjoy the treats before you!

I really liked the coziness of this place, the Gumbo was excellent, but I loved the rice they use to add to the Gumbo. The grains were slender and cooked to perfection. The lump crab meat was great cold. I tried someone at my table that got the sautéed, and I preferred the cold. The onion rings were quite filling, the vegetable medley was everything you could ask for in a sautéed vegetable medley, squash, onions, spinach, and more. Would love to go back. Just a warning that there are no prices on the menu, so, most price points are $28-$38 for an entree. The service was great, bar is stocked.

This place is fantastic. We were headed to the Ceawfish Cafe and we saw this place and decided to go here instead. The crab claws were TO DIE FOR. Bhbfar the best we have ever had. And my son, who is a Gunbo affectionate of gumbos, said it was the best he’s had! The owner is a lady who’s very nice also.

Such a lovely evening celebrating the Birthday of a good friend. Perfect spot...cozy & intimate with lots of character. Every dish was amazing. Everything was fresh & well prepared & the cocktails were on point ! Definitely a great place for special occasions.
Went here for a business lunch and I wasn't a fan of some of the food items. Place is clean but whoever came up with the menu needs to be fired.
I ordered the Crab Claws and they literally took the fingertips (just the tips!) and breaded them. No one thought to attach the leg? It was as if to say, "Oh they don't need all this meat just the tips!!!" Not what I was expecting but ok.
Needless to say I was still hungry so I ordered the seafood platter which to my surprise was just 3 different types of shrimp with three pieces of breading on the side! I'm not against their menu items, I just thought I should warn people so they don't make the mistakes I did. This is not a restaurant if your hungry= Don't Eat, "Taste".

Gumbo, which I ordered based on reviews, was soupy and lacking in seasoning. It was largely broth with little in the way of other ingredients. Salad and dessert were okay.

First time visiting. Food was ok. My frustration is that when we asked for the check it took the waitress about 45 minutes to bring it to us. I’m not sure why…it wasn’t that busy. There were some high profile tables near us and I wondered if we just were the low man on the totem pole. The waitress seemed irritated with us for some reason. It’s a cute/cozy place but other than that, it was ok at best.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed like family. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my experience was top-notch. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
But let's talk about the real star: the food! Segari's doesn't disappoint. I dove into a rich and flavorful gumbo – a true classic perfectly executed. The stuffed shrimp were divine – plump, juicy, and bursting with deliciousness. And the sautéed seafood dish? Wow! Fresh, perfectly cooked seafood in a light and flavorful sauce. Every bite was a party in my mouth.
Segari's is a hidden gem that deserves to be shouted from the rooftops. Amazing food, fantastic service, and a genuine warmth that makes you feel right at home. Don't miss this Houston treasure!

The waitress was annoyed and indifferent when we arrived we were the ONLY couple there in a Friday night!!!! They don't have prices on the menu. The waitress was arrogant about that.I ordered the recommended crab cakes. Awful My date ordered the crab shrimp and it was good.A holistically terrible experience. $150 plus experience that was totally wasted. They should just close and give up.Don't waste your time or money
