Horrible customer service, the food looks dry and sits out all day. The chubby Mexican woman was so ugly and rude.

The Mac ‘n cheese hands down is perfect! The pasta was cooked perfectly and it had the right amount of creamy, cheesiness! Like yea, I made up a word. But it’s good. I also enjoyed the wings and the stuffed pizza. My daughter had a slice of supreme pizza and was also happy. I witnessed one issue but it was resolved swiftly, smoothly, and with a smile. I didn’t think to take a pic, but for mall food I would definitely say I’ll come back.
Kid-friendliness: The menu is definitely kid-friendly.

Their number is not accurate! All of their entire menu and pizza in their counter was very old and cold had to tell them to heat up the Stromboli that we got because according the employee they were not making anything fresh. I wanted to buy 2 whole pizzas and she said that they were not doing that at the moment NOTHING FRESH she said only what was in the front ridiculous the store could've easily made $60 off me thats not including the Stromboli i purchased I guess the 2 girls just wanted to go home early on veterans day very disappointing took my business next door.

This is apparently a Mexican version of Hooters but for the area below the waist for which Latinas are famous. It caters to a primarily Hispanic crowd. Young ladies wearing thongs and t-shirts. Sorry, but it did nothing for me. You might think twice about taking teens and wives to the place. We went for a post graduation for our grandson graduating from the Houston Police Academy out of convenience, not knowing what the place was like. If the scanty, not sexy, outfits doesn't put you off, the prices will. $4.60 for a domestic 12oz beer, I don't think so. $5.60 for an "imported" mexican beer, not on your life. They offer a tall reservoir of beer that holds 100oz for a piddling $45 dollars. That is $.45 an ounce or $5.40 for a 12oz pour, so you are saving $.20 a pour. On top of the prices, the selection of beers suck. The food was massively overpriced for run-of-the-mill Mexican fare. We ordered one of the least expensive entrées, a plate of 4 street tacos, for $13. The tacos came on tortillas that were 4" in diameters. My wife looked at me and said, "Did we order appetizers?" There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants in Houston and your money would be better spent pretty much anywhere but Ojos Locos.
Bad service and the pizza is super hard and the price is not even said.... Very bad experience

I'm moved from NYC in January and struggled to find New York style pizza here. But here I finally have. But the 5 dollars and change for a small piece is insane. I like their Pizza, but won't be having another slice.
The owner is very rude. I gave him my card to pay for my food and he bent it in half and started talking crazy to me when I addressed the issue. Very unprofessional

Me and friend decided to have dinner at Ojos Locos on the evening of November 19, 2021. We ended up leaving nearly an hour after having arrived, when it became clear that no one was interested in serving us. This was a system failure across the board at Ojos. Upon entry, the hostess insisted we get frisked, which is pretty standard operating procedure for this place. Having passed that inspection, she directed us to sit anywhere we wanted, which we did; and she promptly forgot about us. No one came by our booth to ask if we were being served, not another waitress or server, or manager, or anyone. Keep in mind, me and my friend are middle-aged dudes – we are not threatening nor loud nor boisterous, we are very polite, and we do have money to spend and we tip well. And, we have been here a few times, to order dinner and watch the game. We never caused any problems and we spent a good chunk of money. I believe that the policeman that frisked us recognized us. The place was half full of patrons, so the staff being busy was not an excuse. They weren’t busy. I could see that there were three or four waitresses gathered at the front, doing nothing, and also in a back booth, sitting and talking. So it was not a question of not having the staff. They just couldn’t be bothered. And, a manager walked by our table, but didn’t even ask us how things were going, or if we had been served. Just walked right by. I believe that this gentleman’s name is Julio (my friend told me this; he went to talk to the manager after we decided that staying here was an exercise in futility). So – a system failure across the board. Perhaps we are not the desired demographic for this establishment. Or perhaps the employees and the manager just really don’t want to work. We ended up taking our money and patronage to Bombshells, down the street. There, the waitress constantly asked how our meal was, if wanted anything else; she was very professional and attentive. Just the opposite of our experience at Ojos. As a side note, at Bombshells we recognized at least one other customer who had been an Ojos regular (the guy with the white cowboy hat); and we even recognized one of the Ojos (former?) servers at Bombshells. Perhaps you can see the trend. It’s kind of a shame. We had watched a number of the world series games at Ojos, and enjoyed the experience, and we were going to make this our go-to place on Friday evenings. But, once you have experienced the rejection and ostracization of being totally ignored for an hour, you can’t come back from that. And we won’t be back. I would advise anyone looking for this type of dining experience to spend their time and money at Bombshells or Twin Peaks, or really anywhere else for that matter.
I have been going too almeda mall for years and this pizza place has been pass up by me plenty of times price too high on a slice but the taste amazing and Im a new yorker we know our pizza .
Customer service was great and the food was fresh.
Food sits for hours without being refreshed and when they reheat is its half scalding hot and half cold. There’s gotta be a better way.
